If you make the game Free to play (F2P) I think the odds are more in your favor since people will actually want to pay $60 for the game. Right now everyone is upset because we paid for a broken product but if we don't pay anymore then we won't be so unforgiving. Take the example from FFXIV Square apologized and made it free and now they rise again with FFXIV RR.

This statement makes whatever ridiculous statements you made earlier even more worthless, since you are obviously trolling.

Please do not make this a f2p game. Keep fixing things, and keep it going.

Aww, don't say that. I think you're special.

This has been the smoothest launch of a MMO in recent history.
The Bank bug seems to be a lot more widespread than that... though, of course, we don't have access to hard numbers there.
Having played/followed ARR SE said they would shut the game down rather than go f2p.Say again?felixgamingx1 wrote: »Take the example from FFXIV Square apologized and made it free and now they rise again with FFXIV RR.

FF14 was P2P, FF 14 ARR is STILL P2P right now.
Maybe, just maybe go F2P in futue -but there is no mentioning about that right now

Between the two crafting guilds I am in there are over 600 people. Not one had any bank bugs. Its pretty limited to me.

And I don't mean Fast food restaurants I'm saying Fortune 500 corps.
The games has potential to be a viable subscription based MMO, it's all about content, the quality of it and the speed on witch is released, in other words... if we have good and stable content updates then we will have a good MMO with a subscription fee.
That, and of course, the overall support and yes, that last part is lacking, the game has a lot of bugs, some of them even game breaking for some players, quests that do not work, NPCs that do not spawn, group instance quests not progressing, etc.
The lack of real patches for those problems is the troubling part, as for me, I am waiting for a fix for the very low First Person FOV, True Fullscreen, a good AA filter, a 64bit client, someone to look into the long loading times (I'm on a SSD drive) and the abilities delay (most noticeable if your are using a bow), oh... and the fact that a lot of NPC do not speak at "first click", when the server is really laggy (sadly, that is.... a lot of the times, the EU server really needs to be in the EU) I can only have the NPC speak to my at the 6th or so "click".
As for the content update, the game is not even a month old but I would expect sizeable monthly updates, including The Dark Brotherhood quests and abilities, and the same With the Thieves Guild.
And certains areas need to be instanced! I can't feel immersed in the story when the NPC says something on the lines of "You are the first to enter here, you are special, etc." and you look around and spot 30 other players looking at the same NPC...

Okay, you've got my curiosity... where's that number coming from? The only population number I've seen was the beta signups, which was five million, and isn't the current game population, so far as I know.

5 mil signed up for beta and reported thousands of bugs and the main quest most important still bugged. I honestly believe there are no more than 1 mil active players atm.
