I say she gave up her axe and armor, moved to the big city and became the biggest baddest dancer causing strained necks from customers having to constantly look upwards. She also beat Razum-dar in a bar fight and made him into a house cat for a day, but he'll never admit it.

✭i'm a bit confused... during my main quest i decided to sacrifice Sai Sahan and Lyris survived. Now Sai Sahan is my companion in south elsweyr quests (maybe is he a zombie or a ghost?) and I think Lyris is still in the arborage with Abnur and the Prophet.

It all makes no sense nowadays, unfortunately
They keep reusing old NPC characters in new content.Abnur Tharn was/is very annoying character to me and I would have gladly sacrifised him, but he has plot armor, and we are forced to work with him even now if we wish to do main quests.
Sai Sahan is not interesting character for me and I have forgotten him after Harborage quest. Unfortunately, now I have to endure his boring character while I do current DLC quests
Lyris is also rather boring for me, but if I have to choose from these 3 characters, I would rather see her as main character is next DLC. It would be boring as well, but she is the least annoying to me
Also, on one of my alts I sacrifised Lyris just to hear her last words. Between Prophet, Sai Sahan and Lyris, she had the most touching words - I would not sacrifise her again :'(0 -

For a while she was stuck in Craglorn. Like the other traders she had no idea how to use the wayshrine to get out of there.
She went to Elsweyr to learn the esraj from a master of the craft but had to cease her studies after the ear pain became to much to bear.
She drank and she fought and then she tried yoga. None of these things helped.
So she began the journey back to the cold, dark north. Settled herself in a room at an inn and picked up her pen to write a letter …
"Dear Sai …"
Almost certainly to be continued in 2020 …

Worth noting, it's possible that player characters are the only ones who can use the wayshrine network. The Transitus network in Cyrodiil works for everyone, but the wayshrines might not.0 -

There is actually a lore book about Wayshrines, where the author theorizes that someone whose soul is no longer bound to the mundus might be able to use them for traveling. So yes they're definitely just fancy landmarks for everyone but the Vestige (and perhaps some Liches)4 -

It's just ZOS trading lore for profit. The new team has proven on multiple occasions that hype > logic in story telling. The original loremasters must be rolling over in their unemployment lines.4 -
