Then they need to do what several other MMOs have done and hire trusted players as volunteer mods with limited powers. I once filed report asking for help because I was stuck and /stuck wasn't working. The estimated wait time was 1 hour.ksaggies04ub17_ESO2 wrote: »no one I know has been able to successfully get a response from a GM in game.

I am very disappointed that the option was removed from the full version of the game.
It was advertised that our complaints or requests from support would not be passed onto some "dwenmer construct" which clearly is not the case. now all tickets receive generic automated responses that are no help at all. It definitely would improve the quality of support tenfold to see a full team back in the game to take care of these issues. Perhaps it would even make people feel better about the issues and more likely to rough it out knowing that there is proof of a legit support team and mods working on their problems.

This feature actually was available during Early Access but I think the amount of people with issues was so great they removed it.
