Don't get me wrong I love the class I have a Stam Warden 300 CP and I do enjoy playing with him but I do sometimes feel like the class may be lacking something. With that being said when ESO comes out with a new chapter I'm hoping to get a new class option a little more enticing. What do you guys thing the next class should be ? lets share some ideas.

First off on some classes I could see a solid 10 in the game that are completely unique. I'm not going to give these things any names and go deep into abilities and lore heavily.
So here we go, the first class is one that was shown in one of the first trailers as well as summer set trailer. The green magic chick. Actually known as mysticism magic from oblivion but obviously amped up. Telekinesis and dome shield. All derived from mysticism. Some folks think this was a warden or sorc first to be but it's totally not. The necro was shown in the same trailer I believe or the one after and its the same npc in the new trailer.
So even just thinking mysticism you already know it has full dps and tanking potential easily. While issuing a 1h and magic skill line. These 2 alone are very likely to happen given the trailers, player request, lore and past games.
2nd one would be a total warrior based class. Easy tank and dps line. You might wonder how magic would happen but just remember bound weapons but amped.up for this game. Anyone remember the greatsword spell from dark souls 3? Just picture arcane warrior style magic in short. While also issuing a halberd weapon style. I think this class should happen. Half of it is backed by lore and past games while the other is new but not too far off like bard, witch, engineer etc. These aren't things that actually impacted elder scrolls enough to actually make a whole class for let alone a skill line to be honest.
Lastly I'd add a daedric class, cause there's already a aedric based one already. While issuing another race like the snow elves aka falmer if they lost their minds like in skyrim.
10th class that solely is good at healing and tanking. Stamina and magicka.
Not every class should be able to dps magic and stamina while also tanking and healing. Its causing less classes to come out and have uniqueness and causing certain roles to suffer, well already has. Big one is just how they made classes in general though some things are great about them but the rest really isn't.
I know this has stretched and thinking about balance, fun and good looks and class identity is a nuke in your mind for good ideas but also is a lot of work. I wouldnt have made classes the way they did. I wish it were all made a little different. And apologies for the rant.
Whatever would make you think polearms should be a -hybrid- skill line in the divines names???Tommy_The_Gun wrote: »How about... Polearms & spears melee hybrid weapon skill line (for both mag & stam) instead ?

I mean, a polearm is pure stamina, just like a sword, or an axe, or an bow... its pure musclepower driving edged steel into your enemies squishy parts to let out the red stuff!
IF we want to talk "hybrid skill line", we would have to go elsewhere, and look at something like "One-handed and Magic" in a spellsword style "fight physically with the sword in your one hand and magically with the spells from your other hand"...
And of course, as I mentioned in an earlier post... been there, posted that: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/371862/additional-weapon-skill-ideas-mk-ii/p1

I understand that, but following that logic, NB are already "harmed" since they have grim focus bow proc (any class can use bow) and Surprises attack - dagger / short sword swing (any class can use daggers).TheShadowScout wrote: »Whatever would make you think polearms should be a -hybrid- skill line in the divines names???Tommy_The_Gun wrote: »How about... Templars use polearms so the idea is not far from hybrid but then again it would harm the Templar class identity if suddenly any class can wield a polearm
