when you keep standardizing skill gaps in a game, in the pursuit of trying to appeal to less skilled players. At the end of the day you will not be left with much of a game!0 -

No argument there but what kind of argument is that? It’s nothing to do with skill. It’s everything to do with combat being slowed down and feeling clunky.3 -

I think they’re just saying that putting cast times on ult was a way of lowering the ceiling thereby limiting the ability for player skill to factor into the outcome of a fight. That’s what they mean by “respecting skill.”4 -

With the long delay on dawnbreaker for example it actually made it harder to secure kills in my experience so far. And that makes no sense, an ultimate ability that makes it harder to get a kill when you use it lol.
This change just lowered the skill ceiling for no reason.5 -

Feels the same to me. I switched back to DB from onslaught just because it feels so much more reliable to land. Also, idk who the genius was that thought it was a good idea to increase the knockback on dizzy swing because it literally puts your target out of range if you aren't completely up their ass making it more difficult to land the onslaught combo. This makes DB even more appealing since it will still land if they already broke free and try to dodge.Abhaya - PC NA - Ebonheart Pact

some come to eso, enjoy it for a short time, then come to the forums and insult the developers and us seasoned players and then leave the game to never return.
while we long timers continue killing other players and having fun and learning and staying in practice daily in pvp, just as we have for the past 5+ years.
that tells me that we are not as stupid as we are being told we are, and also tells me we do know how to play and we do what we can to learn from the changes and adapt and learn.0 -

I can cancel my fat db if i see my target moves out of range, but thats it.
Its really annoying to get used to not cancelling the ult, when almost everything else i do i cancel.
