Billing Support
Hello! I submitted ticket# 190801-005805 on 8/1/2019 regarding a billing issue. On 8/3/2019 a customer service agent changed my ticket categorization from billing to "MISSING UI / UI ERROR" and responded with technical advice that has nothing to do with my issue.
I have yet to receive any further communication, so the ticket has gone more than 5 days without any kind of update. Is there any way I can get someone to take a look at this ticket?
