    Lol, using 20% buff from being near a keep, using major mending 25%, and using major vitality 30% ofcourse the tool tip will be high. Why didnt you compare it to live with the same buff. People like you are why things get nerfed. The same could be done with any other heal with all those buffs.

    Zero testing in combat.

    Edit: and 12% healing recieved from dk passive and 8% from heavy armor passive. Most build stamina build will never have these buff. Not to mention you probably jacked up the cp tree for healing done and healing recieved.

    No major vitality, no points in assault or support skill line, major mending because duh it's a DK.

    CP tree stacked the way I always have it stacked into CP. The OP and the video creator aren't the same person.

    DK healing is currently ridiculous and needed a rework. Buffing vigor made dk healing even more insane. The correct response by zenimax should have been "hey let's look at dk healing", instead they went after a heal all stamina players use, and can't use nearly as well as a dk.

    At this point all we can do is go and die to that dots so ZOS can see that something that instantly locks for 40m range on player without any effort, does ~10k damage over time after battle spirit, provides major buff, empower, 2% to max magicka and regeneration, and heals should be toned down from terms of PVP.

    The very least what ZOS should do is to make soul trap and entropy projectiles. Or as another solution reduce range to 15m or at least to 22m. Otherwise melee in Cyro, aside from ganks from cloak will be done for.

    Cost is not LESS. New resolving heals for 6-8% more per second and costs 6-8% more per second and no longer heal allies. This is not re-balance, this is plain god damn major nerf.

    You really think a 3% increase at the cost of 20% uptime is a buff? Are you really this dense????

    Mind you this also comes at the cost of FM/Rally hot that’s straight GONE.

    Nerfs. Twist it however you want, lower uptime and a negligible change in heal is a nerf. Let alone the fact it brings no group utility any longer.

    You have no idea. This isn't just about vigor, it's about the fact that rally has been nerfed and vigor is the only reliable stamina heal in a patch where dots have been massively buffed. Now all someone needs to do to a medium wearer is chuck a couple of dots on them and there is no way to put heal it. And then there is the smaller offensive window problem due to vigor now only being 4 seconds.

    Exactly, these are 1: buffs that wont all be active at any one time in combat, 2: other classes dont have access to half or any of those buffs to healing.

    I think you're onto something here. Preserving immersion and reality is important. For this reason, two handed weapons should be one shots against light armor and medium armor, and swords shouldn't even do damage to chain mail and plate mail.

It does more damage than most Ultimates with a stun and you can spam it every .8 seconds. You'll say its easy to avoids, ***. When Dizzying Swing spammers can move faster than a mount, there is no way to avoid it.

    Dizzying has lesser tooltip then frags and proc'd frags don't have cast time and are not melee. As for the stun you can only get one stun in period of time and if you in active combat you are stunned on cc immunity cooldown anyway.

    This is not a buff. It's a work around where they ever so slightly increased the heal per second while also increasing the cost per second. It's almost the exact same on a per second heal basis in elsweyr as it currently is.

    However:

    They removed the hot from forward momentum, so all stam users using that will see a loss in their overall healing. All mag classes either got a buff in healing(be it passively from the purify hot) or from a utility perspective by buffing the heals of healing ward, rapid regeneration etc.

    Mag classes either got outright buffs in healing, or access to more healing skills. Stam either stayed the same or regressed.

    And remember that you all dead to a lightning bolt (you are not dodging it), swords will dent plate though so you will actually take 2 hp damage per hit.
