By lowering the cost of streak malus, they're just encouraging people to flee even more instead of fightning, while other classes can't do nothing beside hiding behind rocks or in towers.
Does anyone remembers when devs stated that they wanted streak to be a fighting tool rather than an escape tool, and that's why they did put in the malus ? Too bad we're going far away from this right now thanks to their decisions.
Yea, but the OP @Sarousse is also one of the more tryharding ppl on EU server. Groups of 5-6+ ppl should be ashamed of themselves when they tryhard soloers for 5+ minutes. bleh

We've been 6 once in 3 months.
The point is, yes we tryhard, because you can't trysoft nbs or sorcs if they're decent players.
And since we hurt your feelings (I don't know who you are, what's your ingame name?), yes we Xv1, we Xv2, in fact we XvY!!!! ( x=2-6, y=1-20). I know, it's a shame to attack ennemy players in a pvp game. Maybe we should jump in front of Sej all day killing randoms while not attacking other "pro" smallscalers out of respect.
Guess it's going to be harder for your group to chase solos across the map, no problem with that.

So the video shows them all running around on horseback? That seems pretty pointless.

Don't miss the point of my post by attacking my video with pointless arguments (tank character, no gap closer, l2p, etc...).
I could provide a video with gap closers, 45k stamina, 2k regen, warrior's guild crossbow and still not be able to catch a smart chain streaking sorc thanks to bad game mechanics, LoS problems and netcode.
The point is that it's too easy right now in TESO to withdraw totally from a fight with literally no effort for a sorcerer or nightblade.

the 50% stacking cost is too much. Dodge roll gets medium armor passives, CP cost reduction, Armor trait cost reduction, etc.
The magic cost reduction was removed from CP, and there is no armor trait cost reduction like dodge roll has. Streak should be at 33% not 50% because that puts it in line properly with dodge roll where it should be. 50% was far too punishing to use the skill, especially when using it in an offensive fashion.

You have 10% cost reduction from 5 pieces of light armor, 7% from being breton in your signature, 5% from sorc's passives... and you have them in no-CP too, while dodge-roll doesn't have any dodge roll cost reduction other then medium armor passive.

Stamsorc is a thing and they tend to not use light armor. It's not like they use an abundance of class skills anyway. They could use a less steep cost increase on streak. I'm looking forward to it.
