Missing Bank Items, Bank Slots, & Skill Points

    Still missing 60 bank slots and the items that were in them. My problem is not solved. Ticket information below.

    My reply states:

    "We will be able to return your belongings to you in a future patch. We recommend that players not purchase additional bank spaces, as they may be lost when this is fixed in an upcoming patch. If you are out of room and need to purchase more bank slots, please contact customer support once this issue is resolved, and we will be happy to assist you."

    Wait...wait....I have to contact you after the patch to get my bank slots back?

    i still have my 110 slots tho theyre just only half filled instead of full and my inv is empty on al lchars (except for the items i picked up from playing abit sicne yesterday) as is my gold. I sure hope the "bank fix" all these mails keep talking about fix more then just the banks

    Here is my latest ticket
    140414-044846. This is the one where I report that not only did I lost my slots once but 2 times

    I bought 20 slots - lost those.
    Waited over a week for you to fix it and gave up - had not gotten the email saying - oh by the way - dont buy any more bank slots - too little too late *(&*(&$&^&^@#&$^%

    So i gave up and bought 30 more bank slots. Today i log in and BAM - my 30 new bank slots are gone - but yippee i have another crab.

    I want 50 additional bank slot upgrades when I log in on Tuesday after the patch or the equivalent in game gold to buy those slots. This is so ridiculous.

    You are basically robbing us of thousands of gold every time we log in. I know a good economy requires a gold sink - but this is ridiculous.

    I am also having issues. Help Ticket #140413-133024 Generated on 4/13/2014 at approximately 8pm EST. I did not even get a email confirming the request.

    I opened my bank and it said it had 60 slots, and there were only two pets in it. I withdrew the two pets and then relogged. After relogging it showed 58/60 slots used. I tried reloading the program and relogging, no change.

    I also got the new "welcome pack" emails. I originally had a 90 slot bank that was 100% full.

    Should I resubmit? I don't know why I have not gotten a help ticket email message

    Just got another form email about the bank issue that fails to acknowledge that I've lost skill points and that my character is unplayable.

    I'd like to think I'm a reasonable person. I'm not upset that the bug happened, or any of the other issues that are going on. I"m confident that this is a complex issue, and the dev team will figure it out. What is beginning to test my patience is the absolutely *** poor "Customer Support Team".

    Their biggest fail is lack poor communications. They fail to acknowledge your problems and they fail to provide any information.

    Sorry didn't read all the posts. I too upgraded to 100 slot bank. 2 days later after multiple toon swaps and accessing the bank it reverted back to 60 slots. The cost went from 400 Gold to 1,100 to upgrade. The Bank was empty till I reloged and it was again full ( the 60 slots) and I found later the remaining 40 items were dispursed between my other toons. I had 3 Character slots used at that time. I created a new one for more space and found I could not bypass the Coldharbour intro. As well I had a whole new set of Bonus packs in my mail. Somehow I believe the system is reverting accounts back first logins and has something to do with bank slot upgrades. As of last night I still had all my skill points/Items. Oh and my main Toon has a 90 slot bag upgrade that has not been affected as of yet either.

    So if we have a ticket that isn't resolved then eventually our bank slots will be restored?

    Also how do I check a ticket status I don't see anywhere to pull up open tickets?

    Oh Zenimax, why don't you turn off the bank upgrade option and prevent more people from having to endure this horrible experience. That Or keep creating more problems to solve later. The smart choice is obvious, will you make it?

    Dear Esteemed Sir/s: This is in regard to an issue that I've had with my bank spaces an [Incident: 140409-077299]

    This was received Sat Apr 12. Bag space and money still missing :( Wish you all the luck in fixing this.

    Just a question--did you guys get the Explorer's Pack or not?

    Noticing a lot of issues of people with disappearing items/banks seem to be people with Explorer's Packs. Has anyone have this happen without the Explorer's Pack?

    I'm up to 100 slots here myself and I HAVE the Explorer's Pack code from my Imperial Physical Edition, but I haven't put it in yet--and I'm waiting before I do it until we get clarification if it's tied together or not.

    @Dweebert‌ I also had 80 for a few days with no problems. Then poof! Tell her not to put anything valuable in those slots. Also, get the gold out.

    I experienced the issue with only one bank upgrade (70 slots).

    For what it's worth I only experienced this issue after I deposited gold into the bank with maxed out items (70/70). I had maxed out the items before when transferring things between alts with no issue. Is that common? Did everyone else who's experiencing the issue deposit gold in the bank? Or is that just me specifically?

    It's even worse if you DON'T go to the forums or Reddit and have NO IDEA that these things are going on.

    How do we avoid taking a huge risk if Zenimax never goes out of their way to let us know what's going on? Yeah, it's my responsibility to be informed, but without a banner up top or an announcement in the news section, I hate digging around through comments ESPECIALLY when the top post doesn't mention any theories into the cause, just that they're 'actively looking into it'.

    Imagine, if you will, that my car manufacturer puts out an announcement that the computer inside will suddenly begin to experience bugs and fail. They only put this announcement on the customer support for their forums and they're a small enough manufacturer that the ONLY place to hear about that is from their forums. They don't give me a call or send any announcements through my car's media center, and then bam, my car starts to bug the hell out.

    Concerned, I go onto their forums and see posts full of people commenting on this same event happening. Some people are still running fine, others aren't. But that announcement just says that they're 'working on it'. My car WORKS but it doesn't work WELL and I'm suffering problems. It's in no way acceptable to say "we're working on it" even if not everyone experiences it. Even in car recalls, they always cite a cause--loose gaskets, spiders in the ventilation system--whatever, they do it. Yeah, more people use cars and the media pays a keener eye and I don't know jack about bugs in software, but if Zenimax WAS in the spotlight over this, they'd be torn to pieces publicly about how they're handling it. It'd be a huge PR blow.

    I don't know, maybe I'm just ranting and demoralized, but I guess at least my car runs better than ESO. Though at this point, I'm pretty sure a Nokia phone from 1999 runs better than ESO.

    I find it kinda amusing that every in-game banker tells me how secure their bank vault is, but still they manage to lose 25% of my bank account...

    went from 80 to 60 and I have tracked 15 different items that I'm missing. Only thing that moved to my packs was stack of Ta runes, as I happened have couple in my inventory.

    Had two bank slots disappear with items that were in those slots. Bought two more bank slots before I was advised not to. Received two emails and a customer satisfaction survey. Emails stated as "resolved" when they are not. Would like my bank slots back with items. Compensation of a bank slot or my money back would be satisfactory. Numbers below pertain to my case.

    Yes we both have the Imperial edition. And we have both grabed the items out of mail with the exception of my wife not having pulled the Ring scroll out of mail yet.
    Thanks for the possible heads up on the gold in the bank. I'll let her know. I did have a small amount of gold in the bank and it disappeared when I lost the 40 slots.

    We will leave some cookies here on the table for when you come back to report your wife just lost her stuff.

    I only had 70 slots and was hit with this bug for the first time yesterday.

    Ok, it is obvious we are having very similar experiences right before the bug takes place. I am trying to wrap my head around what is triggering this. Since our questions are not being answered, and it appears that we are not being asked what led up to this to help solve the problem it is up to us to figure it out. Let see where the similarities overlap and where they do not and come to an educated guess.
    At the time the bug happened I had
    - 4 characters to hold items 2 ebonheart and 1 each of the others
    - I had just created a guild
    - I had just invited my first member
    - got explorer pack, imperial and preorder rewards in the mail
    - When I zoned into the bank area in Mournhold I had lost bank upgrades money and items from the bank only
    - Main toon had no other negative effects
    other toons were never leveled just made as banks so i dont know if they lost skillpoints or not.

    Perhaps a good sign, maybe they'll actually fix the problem...

    Adding my and spouses tickets, since I was also emailed over the weekend by the lack of support team indicating that my issues were solved:
    140409-054448 (was 140408-004183, but that was was marked 'solved' too)
