Missing Bank Items, Bank Slots, & Skill Points

    I'm also missing bank inventory. I had a 100 slots and now its reverted back to the default 60. A lot of the items i saved in the bank (92 items last counted) were reallocated to my extra characters and probably a few more items that might have disappeared... It's too messy now to check on what is missing or not especially when all my items are scattered across 3 other characters.

    This damn issue is really hampering on my experience and it made it difficult to continue playing. Zenimax better fix this problem soon or I might stop playing the game as I've wasted enough time grinding and gathering only to have it taken from me.

    Also, I received the same pre-order mail in-game regarding to the pets and CE treasure maps. This was when i noticed my inventory space in the back got cut to 60.

    I'm not playing until the bug is fixed.

    I'm feeling the same. I may just let the free 30 play out and cancel my renewal. Then wait a few months, come back if I'm still interested.

    This is ridiculous. Too many bugs that affect items earned through effort. (Heavy) Helm disappears after using woodworking station, purchased bank slots disappear, and shared items gone without recompense. Rampant gold selling spam in chat, email and guild invites combined with a poorly implemented system to report the abusers. I've cancelled my sub. Too bad really, I had high hopes for this MMO. Perhaps they shouldn't have tried "Mega-server"-ing until they understood "normal server"-ing.

    I had this happen to me tonight, several hours ago. I still have yet to get an email saying that they got my request for help. I did receive emails regarding the gold spam mails I got in game though. I lost my extra bank tabs, not sure if I lost any items because when I looked in my bank I only had about 33 items in the bank (I was in the process of moving things from one toon to another as I'm using several toons for extra inventory storage) and discovered items on my toon that I logged back in with that I had previously put in my bank. I've now removed EVERYTHING from my bank and have it on one of my toons in hopes that I don't lose anything again. I'd like to know when this problem is fixed and would like to be refunded my gold for the extra bank spaces I purchased. I'd give you my ticket number but I didn't write it down assuming (yeah yeah, I know, never assume) I would get the confirmation email from you guys (which I haven't gotten). I'm very frustrated and don't feel confident playing right now. My husband has had his inventory wiped and lost everything TWICE now in the last 24 hours.

    Dumb question I think, but how the hell do we see the status of our support tickets? Am I blind because I can't find a link anywhere to access my support ticket. I'm glad I wrote the number down, geez!

    If you get one of the automated replies, you can get the ticket number there (in your email). I don't know of any way to actually view your tickets in-game or at the website.

    They probably are doing their best seeing how much people are under that bug, and as i did not lost my items, i guess i can manage to get the money again.

    Though i will wait until they fix the problem so i dont lost them again.

    I am devastated... Just had my bank (and upgrade) wiped as well... Ticket number is 140414-003306

    I was having such a great time in this game too but having all my harvests and crafting resources just poof.... just takes my will to play.

    Thanks Requielle. Just another example of this game being released before adequate testing I guess. No way to review support tickets to add info?? Geez. :(

    By the way, just go the email, 45 minutes after I posted my support ticket. The email states STATUS: SOLVED. Not true. Another glitch in the system.

    I think they are just stamping the solved status to everything. Not to be apologetic or anything but I think they just mean it got escalated so its not theirs anymore.

    140414-004552 yea saw my bank was 60/60 instead of like 100/100 or whatever rank of bank space I'm on because I got a sapphire out of a bag in a dungeon run and saw that I only had that 1. Like where's my 50 or so other sapphires?

    Got an entire new set of welcome to the game emails with another Ring of Mara, Map packs, etc when the bank got reset

    Happened when I dumped a bunch of loot into the bank from my main, logged out and logged back in with one of my crafter alts, instantly accessed the bank and boom nothing was there

    But I have a suggestion that I see I have another explorers pack in the mail which would make 2. That means I have 2 of the pets and 2 sets of alliance CE treasures maps. Does this mean anything with this current situation?

    Nope, just "an upcoming patch".

    I was told "sometime next week" ...I think Tuesday, but they can't say for some reason. If this glitch is not fixed on Tuesday or later in the week...during maintenance I'm quitting this game even though it has not yet effected me.

    If it is fixed and the affected receive their items, gold, and skill points back on time, than I'm sticking around for many years to come, as this would be a good sign.

    apart from this game breaking bug, I really love this game :-)

    ticket marked as resolved but I have yet to see my bankslots and gold back.
    Difficult to judge what items are gone as I assume most of the items have been dumped into my character's inventories.

    the ticket 140412-026026 has been put on resolved.

    the ingame tickets were never answered, acknowledged, ...

    I lost my inventory and equipped gear, my banks inventory magically appeared in my inventory, all of my guilds vanished, my horse went walk abouts and my skill points have disappeared. 24 hours later and all I get is a phone call saying "Hello, we know about the problem you reported in your ticket, thank you." That's it, that's all he said.

    I have a level 43 character that I now cannot play, and I am not going to make a new character and start from scratch just because ESO can't get their *** together, I cannot play a game that I am PAYING to play - absolutely ridiculous. They would want to give me some good compensation for this or I will be cancelling my subscription and making a formal complaint...

    Ok, Bank just reset again got the mails once more (I was not even moving between alts was just fighting when I got the mails) and this time there's nothing in the Bank.

    I didn't have much in there in view of the problems happening, but just a heads up this is getting worse by the minute.
