[Bug] Pack Leader's Bone Broth reduces Werewolf ultimate cost only after transformed

The new drink, Pack Leader's Bone Broth, gives a slight decrease in the cost of all of the werewolf abilities, but only if the player is already in werewolf form. This means that players never get to take advantage of the reduced Ultimate cost for the werewolf transformation.

In human form as a Templar, the cost is 285:

But in Werewolf form as a Templar, the cost is now 273:

The cost reduction should be applied to all of the Werewolf abilities before the player is in Werewolf form, so the player may benefit from the Ultimate cost reduction of this drink.

Werewolf Should be Allowed to Sneak Prowling added in Update 50!
Please give us Werewolf Skill Styles (for customizing our fur color) Added in Update 50!, Grimoires/Scribing skills (to fill in the holes in our builds), and Companions (to transform with).

    That drink should also add max Magicka.. since werewolves obviously need a ton of it with the nerf to the heal

    Still won’t make it as good as the new drink with all 3 resources plus health recovery.. I mean who would use this over the tristat/health recovery drink?

    Good find. I am glad some one out there actually cares about WW.

    btw. How is Pack Leader working on PTS ?
    1. Pets are untargatable, can they still agro mobs / tank DMG ?
    2. How is snare / minor maim work on mobs in PvE ? Is the dmg reduction noticeable ?
    3. How is the DMG of this morph ? How bad is it ? Is it possible to solo world bosses with it ?

    I forget the name of it but the new drink is max stam, max mag, max health plus 400 health recovery.. so why couldn’t the ww food be something similar? Max health, max stam, max mag, 250 mag recovery? Since really 12 ulty cheaper isn’t much

    The new tristat “drink” is actually a food. Just a typo, bad coding like it was with artaeum takeaway broth when it first cam out. Crafted in the food list an does not proc btb or bone pirate sets

    Agreed. How you going to increase cost on ww abilities and nerf the heal and release a food with no mag component that doesn't even work properly. I love you devs but please this needs addressing NOW as it has been tested and has FAILED that test.

    It would be overloaded if you gave it both max mag and recovery. The recovery would be fine on it's own

    So the answer to a broken and neutered WW ultimate is to get even more weakened in human for with a sub par food?

    Why even bother transforming?! Just stay stamplar/warden/blade/sorc/ecro and do much more damage while having more utility, AND an ultimate for spike or survival!

    Ofc thanks to the nerfleaders. Wasn't enough that it was 5 to 10k under meta. Nope had to be 15-20k under. Nice.

    Sounds good to me. Should have heavy reduced cost for block. Taunt on heavy for 15 secs. And a buff to increased time for other werewolves in your group by an extra 5% up to 20% for 4 WWs (including yourself). Would make it useful. Also change tormenter set to work for all gap closers.[/quote
