Missing Bank Items, Bank Slots, & Skill Points

    Second time being hit by this bug: # 140413-147742

    The first time I just sucked it up and repurchased the bank slots and soldiered on. I will not be doing that again.

    I am rather use to the "if we don't hear form you in 120 hours...." spill. Instead this time is said this:
    Helping you is our passion!

    We will assume your issue has been resolved if we do not hear from you within 168 days.

    I am not sure which is worse.

    I don't like complaining, especially not when there already is a lot of it on a special issue, and I know you are already working on fixing it (I got some of my items back, not all, some) and several people have lost more, but I still wonder where my 30 other items went and whether I should start upgrading my bank again or if my bank slots will be restored.

    I talked to a friendly, fun GM, and was basically told to hold on and wait for them to contact me further about bank spaces.

    Also, my "Skip Tutorial" keeps resetting, I cannot skip it on alts, despite doing it repeatedly!

    ...seriously, someone told me that once here. The things people will do to win their internet arguments!

    I had all my skill points wiped and I'm wondering: Should I be spending my skill points in the mean time? I'm afraid to spend skill points on skills that I already had in case I wont be able to get those skill points back. I very much doubt for any response or help whatsoever anytime soon but I guess we can keep hoping/asking?

    I lost all my stuff on my main as well. I even lost the skills every player starts the game with like the first tier profession skills. I've emailed tech support a couple of times and they keep staying the issue is solved without doing anything. 140413-002135

    If you submitted a help request for this issue, are still experiencing it, and your ticket was erroneously closed as "Resolved", please reply to this thread with your ticket number.
    I'm sorry Jessica, but I have to ask: are you joking us? Do you have any idea what your colleagues in Customer Service are telling players? I'll give you an example:

    "Until the patch is able to be released, there is nothing that we can do. We will be marking this tickets as solved, not because we are no looking at them, but for organization reasons. If you continue to enter duplicate, please know that these will be considered 'duplicates' and closed."

    So, was this "erroneously closed as resolved" or was it intentional? This was the reply I got after complaining that CS had closed my ticket two days ago.

    In any case: yes, I'm still missing the second bank upgrade and the money spent on repurchasing the first upgrade, plus 3000 gold I had deposited. And yes, my ticket was closed as "resolved", I'll let you decide whether it was erroneous or not. Ticket # 140409-008630 (in addition to # 140408-042420 and # 140407-072521, which I'd filed previously).

    Reimbursed gold and/or a couple bumps in bank space to cover losses and for 'ye old anguish' would be nice.

    This bug just happened to me last night. My 100 bank slots reset to 60 and all items in it are gone. When will you fix this? When I get back my bank slots or that price? What happened to my items? I have tickets.

    I still don't understand why we should have to wait for a patch to get our stuff back. You have the logs. Parse them and give or send us back what we lost. Compensate for the impossibility to upgrade the bank space. It is that simple.

    You do understand that that kind of poor customer support doesn't make us want to pay every month after the 30 "free" days?
    The generic "please wait" policy is not a good one.

    Anyway good game, I love playing it but now I'm afraid to put anything in my bank and I take a screenshot of it every time I log out...

    Edit: I forgot to say that, of course, I still didn't get anything back.

    Last night, we performed a maintenance to address the long loading times that many were reporting, and some of the missing bank item issues. If you are still missing bank items, deposited gold, bank slots

    So this bug is fixed or not fixed? I don't want to experiment! :'(

    Wow! "Great" news...

    This is not fixed yet - I just got my preorder stuff resend and bank wiped, so do not consider this fixed.

    At least until midnight I still had my bank slots missing. I was not aware that skill points can go poof as well, I'll check later.

    I keep seeing the missing bankslots/items popping up but are u adressing the loss of gold and items from inventory aswell?? Cos i have lost gold form inventory aswell as items on all my chars and half of my bank. i did not receive the ce mail a million times either in fact i did not receive it at all after the initial one. I was however left behind with broke characters that cannot repai/teleport/craft/buy poions etc. I try playing but its just not the same aslong as i dont have my items/gold back i mean i cant even craft gear for my alt i had to make (cos reapers march quests are bugged on my main so i cannot progress there).
    I just hope they not only fix the bank issues but also the inventory issues .

    And skillpoints bug ofc (i do not think i lost skillpoints altho it is hard to say)

    My account still has not recovered the missing bank slots. My tickets:

    # 140410-002131 was listed as solved.
    # 140411-078876 was also listed as solved.

    - I also had a 3rd ticket (that i created in game when the problem first happened on April 8, but i never got even a confirmation e-mail saying you got that ticket, so i have no idea what the number is, or if it even truly exists in your system.

    Do i need to create a 4th ticket? or is posting here the only step needed? (I dont want to bog down your CS system more with a 3rd ticket if i do not have to, as long as i can get this resolved through this post. Thanks!

    I went from 80 back to 60 bank slots, I am missing 4600g, and I am not sure how many items I am missing, but my bank was near full, so approximately 20 items are gone or may have been transferred to an alt character.

    My question was also marked as solved, but nothing has been done to rectify the situation.

    I've lost 30 bank slots, all items in these slots - bank was full. Also I've received Explorer's pack mails again, I haven't opened them yet (not because I am so low-abiding, but because right now I have no freaking space to put these items in!)

    In response to my question I've read that to fix this issue some update must be applied. What is ETA of such update?

    still bugged.

    status keeps saying solved. i send emails to reopen it each time, and i get another form reply (without any of the critical information such as not to repurchase bank slots, and that my bank slots/items will be replaced, but full of roleplay nonsense that makes it sound like you're totally not serious about this).

    # 140405-033329 and the dozens and dozens of subsequent reopening/closing of tickets on the same issue... which wouldn't have happened if they

    a. answered the questions properly the first time and
    b. stopped closing them when they aren't solved.
