    Amen brother. were all in the same boat. They've really let the ball drop on the communication. Perhaps instead of putting things like "Look at our new fan art!" on the launch tab, perhaps they should put notifications of known problems and assure ppl its being looked into. I had to wait 4 days before i got sick of waiting and looked on forums to see its a widespread issue.

    I just recently lost 20 bank slots..
    Everything that was in those 20 slots just went into my inventory instead
    (Fortunately I had enough space for them to do that)

    I hope my character doesn't wind of frozen to death on a free to play hero engine door.

    Just got hit with the same bug again, but since I didn't expand my bank since the last time all I had to do was log into another character to see all my stuff back in the bank.

    I also got the same 5 emails again, so on a bright side I will soon have my very own army of monkeys, scutters, and crabs.

    ESO is not running on Heroengine. It has a completely custom engine built from scratch. The reason Heroengine is listed in the credits is because it WAS used for a time during early development, before the engine was ready, so the artists would have a platform to begin building on, so they weren't twiddling their thumbs waiting for the programmers to have an engine ready.

    Once the engine was ready, they migrated everything over to that engine. But since they DID use Heroengine during the development, it has to be listed in the credits, as it was used in the creation of the game, even if it's not being used as the engine in the final product. Make sense?

    My boyfriend had the bank bug, submitted tickets days ago and never heard back, and last night discovered all his lost bank items had been dumped into the inventory of an alt he wasn't using. No notification from ZOS that they had done so, so might pay for everyone to check all their alts just in case.

    Yes, I got hit by the bank-bug this afternoon. I hesitate to log on again, because if my "stuff" is gone, I will be so unhappy. Real life is stressful enough, without things like this in what I consider recreational entertainment.

    I have canceled and will watch to see if it is really fixed in the next few days. If not, I will not resubscribe.

    Add me to the list of people that hit the bank bug. I was fortunate to have my items back, but not my slots.

    I submitted two in-game tickets and got no response. The funny thing is I get an email everytime I report a gold seller :neutral_face:

    I totally get the point you're trying to make. It's always a 38:1 on an individual number, with the payout being 35:1 typically (how the house makes money). Your chance of the magic number doesn't go up, it's exactly the same on every spin.

    The house has an edge (albeit small on some games), that's why I stick to the poker room!

    While I'm not sure the bank bug is related to anything with the server/lag issue (some of the more IT/tech savvy people already chimed in here). Those of us that lost basically everything, were almost exclusively related to the server issues. It's almost like all of the info related to the character (with the exception of the character itself) was pulled and then lost in limbo.

    Hey but the posted that they removed thousands of cheaters and gold spammers...so who cares if you cant play, log in, load or you get spammed every 3 minutes..cause they are focusing all their efforts on cheaters apparently! WHOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO!

    I mean that's awesome there is less cheaters in a game that wont load, cant finish quests, cont PvP cause Cyrodil wont load. I mean seriously what more do you want..they are removing cheaters cmon give em a break..they cant remove cheaters, speed hackers, and gold spammers all while fixing the game.

    140407-082972 is my ticket number(marked as solved). Lost 30 bank spaces and approx. 2.5K I think on 4/7/14. Yesterday I bought 10 more spaces for 1K. Today I received an email showing resolved with NOTHING resolved. No bank spaces back, no money back and to top it off, it reverted back to 60 spaces [AGAIN]this afternoon. Each time I have lost bank spaces you have sent me all the imperial items again. Is this maybe a trigger of some sort? I did not ask for these items 3 times. The duplicates are in my mail and on one character. I just want my bank spaces back and my cash back. It is unknown if I am missing any items as I'm a mats hoarder and have 8 characters holding different stuff.
    How can you mark a ticket resolved without looking to see we have our stuff back.

    Am a whimsical Generation Jones gamer. Online RPGs hooked me since '94 and no sign of stopping soon...

    So they said to me no slots have been lost. That sounds like a stupid auto reply as I upgraded twice and had 80 slots and then lost them as the bank reset to the default 60 slots. They listed my ticket as solved and it's not solved as Iam still missing my 20 slots I upgraded and a small amount of gold about 200 gold I deposited in the bank.

    Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I lost my 30 bank slots I upgraded, and have logged several tickets without getting any sort of reply whatsoever.

    Now hearing people are losing skill points is quite frightening.

    If I lose all my skills points too I will have no choice but to quit the game.
    I'm not doing everything again or waiting weeks for a fix.

    I just want my slots back and want to play the game the way it was intended.

    Since others with open tickets are also posting here...

    140413-016960 still unresolved but at least it's been escalated... lost all contents of my bank when I went from 100 slots down to 60 and lost 4k odd gold.. still yet to get them back - though I've received the pre-order in-game emails several times now.

    I also lost bank slots but not sure about items. This is what happened to me if it helps any:

    I usually log in by selecting my character and then pressing 'Play'.
    However, this time, i double-clicked the character portrait. Btw it was also my first character I created.
    I went to the bank, and only had 60 slots, and 1 item in the bank. Not sure what that item was as it freaked me out.
    I then logged out, and went to another character, except pressed "Play" instead of double-click portrait.

    I went to the bank with that character, it appeared my items were there, but bank was still at default 60 slots.

    I relog the original character i double-clicked earlier, and the bank items were there but the bank was still at 60 slots. So I lost the 10 slot upgrade, and possibly some items.

    So I will not be double-clicking the portrait again!

    Coincidence? Perhaps....

I was playing pretty hardcore but now I can't even bring myself to log in while this is going on I hope we get A few free days for this bug this is a big one and is making the game unplayable for alot of people....

    The above is the number from my first ticket. A week ago I upgraded my bank to 80 slots and that very same day i was hit with the bug. I received all the pre-order emails again and my bank was reset to 60 slots.

    Today, 4/13, I received all the mails, 3 times total now, and my tutorial was reset and my bank, although still at 60 slots, lost the items that were in it. It is entirely possible that the few items I had in there today ended up in my alts bags. I don't even care about the items. I'd just like my 20 extra slots I paid for back and the knowledge that it won't keep happening.

    My bank is now, as is it has been since the bug hit me a week ago, filled 60/60. Am I going to lose everything? Do I need to take everything out? Please let us know how to proceed. As I'm sure you are aware, this is an extremely difficult bug to play with and I've been playing my included 30 days that I paid for with this bug. 60 slots for my 5 characters.

    Please advise.
