Okay maybe I'll rephrase the map idea. I meant being able to use the App as a Map and Zone Guide when you're in-game if you so choose. It could be pretty simple if executed correctly.
The Guild Trader portion could maybe just show us what items have sold recently from each character depending what one we select.
These are ideas I just came up with but even a Character Screen viewer would be pretty neat I think if at all possible.
Personally, I have another PC that I can use for this functionality, so why be limited to a small phone screen size when I have a 24" monitor sitting right next to me.
Read this as my vote is no. I can already do this on a PC. I don't need it on my phone.2 -

Games have companion apps and this is missing one. Even if they charged 99p for it, they would make a fortune. Zos make one1 -

The game already has a zone guide in it now.
I don't see ZoS allowing access to the game via an app for feeding horses etc.
