@Itacira Yes I have family and a full-time job; You sound presumptuous there. And that's all you need to know about my personal life.
My opinion is basing the Psijic grind in comparison to the other grinds. Other guild grinds take much longer. Hence the reason I don't know why people complain about this 3-4 hour grind. And on top of that, you start getting fun skills to use after the first 30 minutes so it doesn't have to be done in one sitting.

What *** me off is the excuse they give you that they cannot help, is they are too powerful, their presence will affect blah blah blah
Powerful my a**, what the whole psijic order story and Summerset story show me is how stupid and incompetent they are.

Do this thing in summerset, now do it again all over tamriel, then do it some more. Now do something slightly different, now go back to the first thing and do that some more, then do that different thing a few more times, do the first thing again, after 6 hours, go one shot a stupid easy boss.
This is the worst piece of content in ESO, period.
It's not as bad as the Mages/Fighters/Undaunted grind, to be honest. You get the chance to take a moment and explore the surroundings a bit more than usual. But since some people are only about rushing in this game, I can see how that would be a pain.
Pfffftttt... yeah, its a tad boring, but... at least its easy enough to do. Though I wish they had at least added some varietee (like, have each regioninal closure questing pick, say, a random nine out of eighteen possible locations) and a few breaches in more involved locations, like... a small offshore island, the top of a tower, the depth of a dwelve, etc.daedalusAI wrote: »Psijic quest line design is an abomination

I totally agree. Sometimes I wonder why do these people play this game after all. You see nothing, you hear nothing, you experience nothing. Waste of time, IMO.

ehhh thats more down to the writing and production than the actual faction itself. The lore outside of ESO does a much better job with them.

I despise such "works", because I reckon their creators wouldn't find it fun themselves, having to run around chasing portals/items as the only activity during the quest line.

I just followed the Alcast guide and made sure I did all three portals at one time so I didn’t ‘loose my place’.... (I’m also on console)...
I like him too, the whole quest I kept wishing I could keep him
