Suspended account??? (RESOLVED)

My account @Odin906 was suspended on Thursday and my membership was cancelled. I checked my bank statement and saw that I did indeed pay for the next three months of membership. I submitted a ticket regarding a suspended/hacked account but got no email confirmation. I’ve put over 1000 hours into the game and have played since beta... I would like to know what happened

    It's preferred not to send another ticket, @Gan Xing ... as that can prolong resolution of your issue (rather than solve it).

    You should be able to find your ticket either Online, here, or via the automatic e-mail from Support. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail section.

    I just checked my spam and junk mail, and I never received an email.... I elected to create another ticket, with more information on the matter (including what I think may have lead to the suspension)

    That is all fine and dandy.... Unless I can't even log into the website... I made the attempt, and it said Login Failed

    OK, they got back to me and I'm resolving the issue... It did have something to do with what I thought it did.
