Suspended account??? (RESOLVED)

My account @Odin906 was suspended on Thursday and my membership was cancelled. I checked my bank statement and saw that I did indeed pay for the next three months of membership. I submitted a ticket regarding a suspended/hacked account but got no email confirmation. I’ve put over 1000 hours into the game and have played since beta... I would like to know what happened

I just checked my spam and junk mail, and I never received an email.... I elected to create another ticket, with more information on the matter (including what I think may have lead to the suspension)
