That likely means they have no clue what the problem is and, somewhere, a geek is pounding his head on a keyboard hoping to figure it out. Kind of hard to figure out an ETA in that situation. I work in IT. I have managed hordes of IT guys. It is the best you can ask for in the this situation. I can find fault for them for many, many things. This probably is not one of them.
If you are an IT manager and you find this acceptable, please let me know what company you work for so that I can ensure that you never support any company of mine or that I represent.

and how about telling us what you did fix. It's insulting to let us back in the game after cutting us off on a Saturday night and still find all the bugs and problems that were there before.
How about you design a game and run the company then you can do what you want, until then be quiet and wait for them to fix what was obviously a big problem.

Thanks for that, but I highly doubt this statement will satisfy most of these complainers, in fact, I mostly expect replies such as "OMG THAT TELLS US NOTHING" lolol

Hey, how about we act like...I don't know..uhhh...and I am just spitballing here...maybe we should act like Paying customers who have every right to be upset by the inefficient and obviously lacking maintenance of this product? But, hey maybe I ask to much.

Server is rebooting, login restriction has been lifted, still believe they fixed something?

Just a quickie; don't hate support for bring down servers, they didn't do it - you work in IT so you know the the decision/reason could come from anywhere, from game bug to broken cable or badly behaving network switch, or CEO spilling a cup of earl grey tea over an admin's keyboard while watching him play Nethack.
