    Was meant to be a joke, not an excuse. It's the NA Server, why did they need to post in game the server is coming down in every single language. Just figured I'd poke at them for the ETA as well.

    French is fine, there is always some french Canadians. German should be replaced by Spanish. :wink:

    Not having an ETA says to me that you do not have any idea what the problem is.

    Ya know, I think it would be interesting if they gave us a laymen's explanation of what their problems are when things like this happen. I seem to recall in the past other MMO support teams being much more forthcoming with information. Even if they only went so far as to tell us "there was an excessive load on the server" or "there was a code that was gumming up the processors," I think it would go a long way to ease our minds.

    It's definitely an improvement that this time around they tried to update us hourly, but the lack of content in the "announcements" almost made them pointless.
