Even with how incap is live you can’t kill these players alone. The skill needs a nerf. If you have played on Xbox na pvp you see it all the time. Even us nightblades run it. Many even prefer it over incap it’s only the ones who like to assassinate one player that actually run incap. But if your looking to decimate multiple people you run dawnbreaker.

These heavy armor stambuilds with fury or 7th are literal pug stomping zerg busting builds. They’re designed to stomp noobs... and you’re making a fantastic case of you being a noob who gets farmed by these people. Also... Xbox NA has more armor master zoo sorcs and tank&healer Zergs than anything. So your argument is already proven invalid because of your lack of perception of thinking everyone’s just a heavy armor stamDB zerg smasher.

I don't get your reasoning. Incap was nerfed. The breakable silence is kinda meh so a lot of people will be switching to Dawnbreaker. Why beg to kill that too. You're a nightblade main. Why are you requesting a nerf for what is currently your best ultimate?

DB is AoE. Lots of aoe reduce dmg skills. Its predictable and avoidable one too. And with the inc patch you need to cure vamp anyway. So yea, adapt.
Btw not much ppl use DB in pvp anymore (because of the evassion changes- yes the one you dont use ... )
Dawnbreaker is getting nerfed. Also the reason everyone uses it is no other good stam ults except leap. Also you can block and dodge it and it has no other effects outside damage an stun. Everything except medium armour and some light armour specs is literally unkillable in openworld.
Assuming the player in heavy armour is at least somewhat competent, you just won't have enough dmg to do anything really.
And now stamdk is getting even more healing I've heard...

Dawnbreaker is getting buffed in Elsweyr, Incap is nerfed to uselessness in comparison
Dawnbreaker has constant unconditional 3% increase on all damage to all targets
Flawless is fine IMO, but I agree that DBoS is overtuned. DBoS is so strong that I run it on literally every toon, stam and magicka, in BG. Pretty much everyone else does too with the exception of Leap and Atro.
