Felms' "Something" Strike

The PTS patch notes for v5.0.0 state, "Saint Felms: Increased the time between the uses of Saint Felms’ Quick Strike ability." Did they mean "Teleport Strike" or actually "Quick Strike"? Maybe it's not a typo and just naive hope on my part
