Cant create necromancer class on PTS

do i have to preorder it first to be able to create one ? its says i need to have elsweyr chapter but its looks like i have elsweyr on pts ....

I also coudn't click and select the Necromancer class.
I logged out and can no longer log in.

Gina, I have 14/14 character slots used..... I thought we were getting a new character slots. Any way we can get one added so we can create one and test without having to delete another?

I was able to get to the long in screen and experienced the same issue. No open slots available for the necro.1 -

Can't you just delete one of the characters? I'm sure you don't need to test with each one individually and it won't delete them on the live server but to each their own. Also the max is 15 character so you can buy a 15th slot in the CS with the provided crowns.Edited by FLuFFyxMuFFiN on April 15, 2019 8:41PM2 -

This is because, like me, you are not considered to own Elswyr, even though in my case I preordered it. They done screwed up.

@Nebthet78 just log in to one of your existing characters and buy more character slots from the Crown Store. You should have 5500 Crowns and everything costs 1 Crown on PTS.1 -
