Cant create necromancer class on PTS

do i have to preorder it first to be able to create one ? its says i need to have elsweyr chapter but its looks like i have elsweyr on pts ....

    I did preorder and I can not create a necromancer cause I don't have Elswyr..wut?

    It still says that the pts is offline and unavailable... Maybe why?

    I tried creating and got stuck. Had to quit the game and now can't login :(

    Been part in both dlc testing, i make necro, choose look and when i click create noting going on

    I logged to create a character, coudn't create any character at all (the button create wasn't clickable).

    I also coudn't click and select the Necromancer class.

    I logged out and can no longer log in.

    I participated to the previous chapter PTS...

    I was able to get to the long in screen and experienced the same issue. No open slots available for the necro.

    Yeah I am getting login timeouts.
    Everybody must be hitting the server at once.

    Can't you just delete one of the characters? I'm sure you don't need to test with each one individually and it won't delete them on the live server but to each their own. Also the max is 15 character so you can buy a 15th slot in the CS with the provided crowns.

    This is because, like me, you are not considered to own Elswyr, even though in my case I preordered it. They done screwed up.

    @Nebthet78 just log in to one of your existing characters and buy more character slots from the Crown Store. You should have 5500 Crowns and everything costs 1 Crown on PTS.

    If you still can’t create a Necro, try logging into any other character, logging out, then logging in again.

    I had to load one of my existing characters and let the game update the collections with the Elsweyr chapter before it would let me create a necro.

    creating a new character with the elsweyr template seemed to work. Then i logged out and necro was available.
