Should ESO+ players get priority in new EU queue

Nah, anyone who purchased the game alone, so all players, should take priority.
ESO+ Should just be for getting that extra enriched content & story experience, the Gameplay/Server/performance Experience should be Standard.

I thought only console gamers paying to be allowed to play muliplayer were foolish enough to think that throwing more money at a company automatically leads to better service.
If ESO+ players got priority in the queue that would disincentivise Zenimax from upgrading their servers in order to encourage subscriptions.
Want them to fix the queue thing: Unsubscribe, let them know why and that you wont renew until the issue is taken case of. That will give them an actual incentive to deal with it and fast.

Law of human behavour: You get more of what you reward, less of what you punish.

Yeah as a Console Player, I couldn't possibly even imagine to get a Playstation Plus membership to play the game, and turn around to get ESO+ to have a better experience. if that was the case ESO+ Should act as my Playstation Plus subscription so it's actually worth getting.

I paid for extra content, little exp boost, and some crowns per month. Not to make myself some VIP. Still I think, problem is elswhere. (Not Elsweyr...) What will we do after Necromancer start? Wait hour or two to get in there? I think ZOS has to develop some contingency for this.

Trick question; there should not be a queue. It's against the regulations in the EU Consumer Rights Directive which states digital content must be accessible to consumers.

Giving anyone priority would make the queue time much longer for everyone else. If 15-20 minutes seems unbearable, imagine if it said 40-50 minutes. They'd just stop playing at that point (or return the game for a refund if they're new), and that's all the queue really does, reduce the population by making some people decide it's not worth the wait.

Almost every plus subscriber started as a non-subscriber, so they'd just be chasing away new business.

We've all invested in the base game, so we all share equal rights to game access at times like this. Any extra money paid for ESO+ is for in-game perks.

Oh and that really would be the utter pinnacle of Pay To Play shiteness

In Tamriel, all players should be equal

I'm sorry Sunshine but no one is equal - neither in Tamriel or in real life. That's the way it is. Accept it and succeed or live in denial and fail.

Simply ESO+ should not count down while the current mess is up.
If they use 14 days to fix it you get 14 days added to your time, on month is one month added.
This is pretty much an legal requirement.

We can then talk about the daily crown crate and similar compensation on top.

Obviously fast track in queue would be an option but that require coding.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Well its strange to quote myself, but I found amusing what I wrote back there, in the light of newest happenings.

After you succesful launch of new chapter... isn´t there some correlation with E. Musk´s rocket and its unsuccessful start lately? ... I reevaluate my standing in this matter.

But I think not at way you think.

By its definition, you are still unable to get things right. Make them work with just lesser errors. No.
You are guilty of making new content to lure new players.
You are guilty of put very expensive stuff to your store no matter if player is premium or not. Not in scale it should be. One desk statue for free per month is not expressing how deeply you are thankfullness for our money, with wich you are still capable to keep your work, making lots of mistakes, exusing yourselfes by being frontier.

You, or your management, is about to think about it seriously. Or:

Give away premium staff, cancel mothly payments, hold to game model Buy to play, which allready is, because, in sense of all of that, you are unable to deliver proper product. We deserves change in your behaviour toward us very much. Because if you look behind, try to remember when ESO wasnt broken.

There is another, for you not acceptable way, sell this game to any other studio, I am sure, they could do what is neccessary, change game engine, divide servers, whatever. And you will have 11 milion gratefull players. Or do you think we are so much stupid and will feel gretefulness even after you repair most severe errors? No we will be decieved forever by it, allways connecting you to group of those, who dont deliver. Several times.

Why am I so rude and harsh? Because you took elder scrolls universe, wrapped it in mmorpg, and ever since you twisted it, ading new absolutely inapropriate content, never get it fixed. They are people like me, who still love Elder scrolls lore. But I play and am premium just because I like my alts. Thats all what keeps me here.
