This, its the dungeon finder who refuses as its horribly bugged and loads do lots of random dungeons to power level now.But all the refusal was the server - no player input at all for that issue most of the time, it is a known bug of the group finder under load...
People aren't actually declining the queue.
I see this all the time queuing with premade groups. If you queue when the group finder system is overloaded, it will fail with bogus declination messages. In other words, if you're queuing during peak hours, expect to have it not work reliably.

I'm pretty sure that the DDs I'm waiting on, the DDs that Groupfinder says they declined the queue, the DDs that have a much longer wait time in queue than I do...aren't actually declining the queue.
Now, that healer, on the other hand...

There is two ways of looking at that.
The longer the queue time the greater the chance they are going to become bored and find something else to do, go afk, fall asleep etc. So I would say the longer the queue time is probably means the greater chance they end up declining the queue when it prompts.

If that were the case, I'd see the queue timer fully time out. Usually it doesn't.

My guess is it's probably a combination of both. When you have a lot of people refusing the queue and continuously looping the code backwards it probably adds extra pressure on the process and leads to lag. But your point is taken. If this message even occurs in pre-made groups then it's likely it's just the default message when the system falls behind.
What do you guys think? Just spent 10 minutes trying to get the queue to even accept my input, then another 15 of players refusing the invite.
