I always recommend people slot a self heal, even with a healer. It makes it much more forgivable in a pinch.

heals of any kind dont work against one shots, even tanks with high health get it.
Nothing one shots on normal, even the lasers need like 3 seconds to kill you and they move around.

From this thread, it is becoming very clear to me that I may never do any dungeons in the DLCs.

It would take me years to get to 810.

Heck, it's taken me years to get to level 12.

I dont mind them being Depths of Malatar difficulty, (normal version) but PLEASE no more cheap mechanics like the first boss in Frost Vault.
Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.

Specifically the hordes of adds which do nothing but spam knock on you locking you down till you die.

DLC dungeons are EPIC fail (and more delusional salty posters that will try to disbelieve it)

I just searched Everquest and it was spiking up, does that mean a hardcore game with XP penalities, harsh leveling, and forced group content is getting more traction?

There's no sense in arguing with someone who does not have a grasp of what real analytics is about.

But let's just go with "yes" because that's the fun and silly answer. ;)

    ^ Agreed.

Rationalisation of analytics to bare trends:
Numbers represent search interest relative to the highest point on the chart for the given region and time. A value of 100 is the peak popularity for the term. A value of 50 means that the term is half as popular. A score of 0 means there was not enough data for this term.

There are people who don't understand rationalisation, logic, or numbers -- and some who purposefully misrepresent to prove a point.

Are google searches the same thing as units sold?

That said, not all misrepresentation is intentional, and sometimes arguments derail or actors become unreliable due to simple logic flaws. Obtuseness and wilful ignorance on the other hand, well, I find the ignore button helps me resist the urge to argue

Regardless of taking years to hit player lvl 12 (out of 50 lvls) or CP 12 I would suggest it has nothing to do with dungeon difficulty as to why you may never do dungeons.

Because they aren’t designed with PUGs in mind. Especially vet versions of the DLC dungeons. Activity Finder is the real hard mode.

What metric is that? What is "interest over time"? Players? Sales? Instagram mentions? Pancakes?
    Waffles?

    Sweetrolls is the only answer.
