Don't worry mate I got kicked for looting in Hel Ra Citadel because of the other group not finishing their part of the map. And the player said do not loot in group chat and zone chat to me and said to me it affects the other player on loot for not being in the same room and kicks me out of the group. Oh on bloody normal mode too what a load of lol.

Common courtesy is to wait for entire group to get there before looting no matter the dungeon or trial. A bit harsh being kicked but not the same category as being kicked for explaining mechanics.

I had a player try to get me kicked for asking them to stand in front of me instead of behind me when I was healing. I tried a couple of times to position myself so I could heal him and the others easier but he kept moving behind me. I guess he thought I was a shield for him if I was between him and the boss? The tank was a guild mate though so the vote failed. He then left after a few choice bad words and we finished without him.

The worst though is when you are kicked at the last boss so the group can bring in a friend. Actually had a player whisper me an apology one time after that happened. He said they did it because a guild mate needed a helm.
and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."

Without knowing the full story, it sounds like a *** move.

However, I'm honestly wondering why you care?

It's FG2. I'm guessing you can clear it with decent group in 15 minutes flat on any given day, so it's not like you lost out on rewards or the chance to run with an astounding group again...?

If I got genuinely upset every time I ran into an *** in this game, I'd be weeping in the corner constantly.

Are you kidding me? This is why so many people hate low CP players. I Spent 40 minutes carrying these people through the dungeon. They were clueless, i was going out of my way to be polite to them and struggling in an easy dungeon, teaching them the mechanics. Then they kick me on the last boss because i told them to reset after one of them went into the bubble right after pulling the boss.

From now on every time some *** wants to kick a low CP at the beginning of a dungeon just because they're low CP, I'll be voting yes instead of no. I've always believed in giving everyone a chance, because everyone was new at one point, but what these people did to me was just messed up. That's 40 minutes down the drain. No good deed goes unpunished, even in video games it seems...

One of many reasons why I've said they should just remove the kick function all together. It does more harm than good.

That being said: you shouldn't take what these ____ did to you out on all other players who just happen to have low CP. That's B.S. and even worse than what these people did to you.

Losing 40 minutes of your time hurts. It was also a pledge otherwise i wouldn't have been there in the 1st place.

Yea, i feel like people don;t really take time to UNDERSTAND.

But honestly, if you vent your frustration on the forums, you will just get people saying that you are a drama queen or things like that, just because you are probably honestly pissed off at the situation and rightly so, if what you told is true, these are usually the same people who would complain if they got in a similar situation not necessarily in game, but at the same time bash other people who do this, just ridiculous.

I get that it sucks. I do.

I've had it happen before, especially on the second account when people would assume I was as new as my CP implied.

I guess what I'm saying is, there's nothing you can really do about it now. Fortunately, it won't be the norm.

Run it again with people that are worth your time and have faith that Karma will bite them in the ass some time down the road.

I'm not saying it wasn't worth your time. On the contrary, I'm saying it's not worth your time to continue to be bothered by it.

    That's not cool, OP.

Had a similar experience onxet, was qq for a random normal and ended up on bloodforge. I had tow low level level CPS with me and one high level tank. The lowbies said in chat they didn't know this dungeon and I offered to explain it to them.
Instantly I get a kick player x notification.
Presses no, got it again for the other player, pressed no again.
    Tank leaves.
    We get another tank.
We finish the dungeon in 20 min, all happy.
Found out later through one of the lowbies (who is now on my friends list) that he whispered him and was angry that I didn't help kick the lowbies and wanted to kick me for not kicking the other two and explain mechanics, which the two other players prevented.
I think CP is not the problem, but some people are.
Never stop being kind to others because others are mean. I hope you have some better runs in the future, OP!

Well this forums is prob 1% of the player base if that and most ppl having a good time are not going to post about it so all you get are topics like this i would say 99% of my random dungeon finder i encounter 0 trolls or jerks tho i tend to run into 25k total dps groups when i am pulling 5-7k dps as a healer ! now that can be annoying in dlc even if on normal and would say it happens 40% of the time or more

You can do nice things with a bad attitude. I wouldn't put up with someone talking down to me, and acting like I'm an idiot because I'm new to a dungeon. we are only getting one side of the story. I'm not saying you WERE a "D," I wasn't there, but something had to happen to bring three strangers to the same conclusion.

I've had it happen before, I was pretty angry about wasting ages on one dungeon I should have just left on after the 20th wipe of an easy boss, in the end I just laughted to myself since they clearly were not going to finish it, we barely pulled 40k group dps and I was doing 25k-30k of that 90% of the run.

When the group got wipe during the boss, the first question I ask is, should we go over the mechanics?
Then I ask the same question in every subsequent boss. If no one response and got wipe again, I will explain the mechanics and if they argue by contradicting what is required, I just wish them good luck and left.
It is easier for both parties.

Thats an auto kick from most groups especially if you were reminded not to loot...you don't loot until both bosses are done...since HRC is notorious for people DCing...and if they DC than they don't get the chest...also doesn't really matter if on normal or vet since AY daggers drop in both....

Happens coz they want someone to guide and carry them, and then try the final boss itself with another low cp buddy of theirs that's been sitting out.

Happened to me as a tank on a vet scalecaller run that lasted almost an a hour. Wiped a lot. Was veeery patient teaching them everything.

Guided them 'til the last boss, them boom, kick as soon as I get to Zaan and explain her mechanics.

I never wasted my time on a low cp run again after that. I don't have a lot of time to play as it is, and I definitely don't wanna risk wasting it like that again.

I have been kicked at the last boss after carrying a low CP group as well.

I've also been kicked from groups when trying to teach the group mechanics and someone else argues with me (but they are incorrect) and the group ends up kicking me.

    It just happens, unfortunately.

Yes had the same happen to me, a group was having no idea of mechanics and I joined in the middle of the dungeon.

That was like 1year ago in vet Mazzatun, chudan boss.
The healer (magNB) insisted on killing Bow mobs as tactic.
The problem, was just that we kept wiping every single time because he and the tank always got the Charge from Chudan and didn't lead it to the Stormchaster add. At some point he started to blame the DDs for not killing archers, even tho there was always like 30k damage from the caster mob on death recap.
That was the point when the other DD in the group left the boat.
When I tried to explain the mechanics and told him to just check death recap, to see what should be our priority, he said "YES YOU ARE RIGHT NOW *** YOU"
After that I called him a crappy gimp, who is to stupid to see the obvious, and got vote kicked.

I highly doubt they completed it, maybe they did now tho, after the nerf

Random dps was bad but we carried him

Reaching last boss the 2 people from the same guild initiate kick vote ... i refused to kick the poor guy who was doing his best and we could do the boss easily without him

They initiated a vote against me and the poor dps just voted yes

Got kicked so their guildmate could join them

Obvious? All the guy did was ask to reset cause the lowbies screwed up the HM. How is that attitude?

I've had the same exact bull happen to me. I was even on my stupid Ice Mage Warden with crap dps but I was still cleaning house better than the rest of my group. At the second to last mob pull before final Boss they just stopped moving while I continued, fighting everything by myself. When I finally got right to the final and stopped to wait for them I got vote kicked. The OP has my sympathies.
