Weapon swap bug is back

Today my ability to swap weapons has been bugged 6 times in 2 hours of playing. This is even worse than stuck in combat because it doesn't let you to mount, port, use doors, sometimes even skills, not to mention you can't fight with just one bar. I have cancelled my subscription and I'm glad I did it. This is unbelievable, ZOS not only doesn't fix the old one bugs but causes even worse new ones.
"We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available."
— They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.
