Altmer actually never had a balance between damage and sustain. They had max damage AND sustain which was the mistake to begin with. Should have never been the case and ZOS corrected that mistake.PS5EUAldmeri Dominion- Khajiit Arcanist -2 -

Judging by the changes in 4.3.3, it's not really that hammer. Just headquarters built on a cursed place, drains IQ from any team that resides there. 4.3.4 clearly shows that.1 -
