Lack of Racial Identity between Altmer and Dunmer

Kulvar✭✭✭✭An idea of racial for Altmer I just had after rewatching the cinematics of ESO.
After using a magic ability, you get a damage shield that last 6 seconds for 50% of the ability Magicka cost. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.

I will implement this, and an additional suggestion I saw in another thread, into the original post later on when I am home.
The other suggestion proposes increasing the resource restore from heavy attacks. This is meant to give altmer a sustain tool (that does not help their dps parsing at all) as well as a nice synergy with their 5% damage reduction while casting (as heavy attacks receive this bonus damage reduction)0
