Sypher could hold his own. I don't think anyone will dispute that. He also seemed like he called things as they were, a good quality among many of the good streamers.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

the fact is he is probably the most popular eso streamer to date, only a couple streamers such as blobs and fengrush could say they got the same views. Yeah eso has changed, yeah he might not be 1vXing like a boss anymore. But it will be good for the game to expose the lag3 -

He was by far the most popular PvP content creator to have ever graced the game though, he's an amazingly professional streamer which is why he is now one of the most popular Fortnite streamers too. He was also killing it at for honor when he played that. He's a talented guy who always whatever he puts his mind too, absolutely slays. So I'm glad he's coming back. ESO needs content creators whether you filthy degenerate jealous neckbeards like it or not, and I don't see any of you posting good content.6 -

That's because Zos killed 1vXing.
Meta's are high survivability and medium to low damage output. Then run in 12+ man groups where individual damage doesn't matter.
Then you have stamina players who depend on an ultimate (dawnbreaker) for individual kills, and Magicka with no burst ultimate (DKs have leap) that isn't EXTREMELY easy to counter.
Then the Poorly performing champion point system at the root of it all.
I think ESO has one of the GREATEST combat system I've ever played. Cryodiil has had me entertained for YEARS. But the updates have taken a toll on PvP.
I was a Mag Sorc main for the entire course of my game play, just venturing off recently (naturally have everything leveled still). The character simply does not feel competitive in a 1vX or even 1v1 scenario anymore. It doesn't matter how well I execute my burst or damage, if a player is built for survivability it's a wash.
Stamina seems to be king at the moment, but that's always rotates anyways.

While I prefer Fengrush as well, Sypher probably isn't jealous of Feng's viewer counts, all things considered.
Glad to hear Sypher is coming back though.

Did anyone inside the company really think that a player who plays Fortnite would watch Sypher's stream and go, "Hey, that game with lag, no guns, no buildling, and LOADS of non action horse riding with no one around for most of your gameplay sounds PERFECT! I am moving tonight"

In fact you are completely opposite. Sypher will have 10k viewers at a time on a regular bassis while streaming Fortnite. I have seen that number ballon up to 40k and higher during popular tournaments. Fengrush is more popular heads and shoulders above every other streamer in ESO (maybe combine) and still will struggle to get a 1/3 of the viewership in prime time. Don't get me wrong, Fengrush is awesome. I love him and the community is better with him as one of the front line streamers. Personally, I wish they would have given him the "lead in" stream.
