Either introduce proper pole arms or spears, actual types of crossbows, or 1 hand and rune, it would be easy to incorporate into existing loot pools and add books to the open world to level it. People want these things, they are not lore breaking, and ZOS could make money off of Crown store skins like the Voriplasm skins.
Grand Master Crafter, Beta baby who grew with the game. PC/NA. @Sheezabeast if you have crafting needs!
I'm not even sure how they'd balance Spellcrafting, unless it's like Alchemy or Enchanting where you combine several different components into a single thing, but then where does that spell go? As a quick-use item?
I'd personally like to see World Skills fleshed out more, especially for Vampirism and WW. There are so many different 'breed' of Were and strains of Vampire that having a few different lines would be pretty awesome, but I doubt it would ever happen. In fact a lot of those would be neat, like a third possible morph for skills (which would tie in nicely to the clam that's been made how the devs wants each class to have a tanking, healing, and DPS class tree), but I can't see a lot of them happening, sadly.

Avid RPer. Hit me up in-game @Ras_Lei if you're interested in getting together for some arr-pee shenanigans!
RP Characters:
Sarah Lacroix: Breton Vampire who really really REALLY likes likes learning Magick and also her Altmer husbando
Kaalhil Swiftstrike: Tiny shapeshifting monster hunter Bosmeri lady with enough sass to kill a dragon or ten
Gwendolyn Jenelle: Friendly healer with a coffee addiction and her own medical practice
Krisiel: Literally crazy Werewolf, no like legit insane. She nuts
Kiju Veran: Ex-Fighters Guild Suthay who likes to punch things and is also a spy and ALSO a Werewolf
Niralae Elsinal: Young Altmeri woman with way too much Magicka and Vampire husbando
Slondor: TESified Slenderman, except lazier and has more of a thing for deals than Clavicus Vile does
Marius Vastino: Sarah's Imperial apathetic sire who likes to monologue
Lirawyn Calatare: Traveling performer and bard who's 101% vanilla bean
Soliril Larethian: Blind alchemist who uses animals to see and brews plagues in his spare time
Spellcrafting is pretty much out the window but still what I'd like to have most.
Followed by new weapons, mainly spears and staffs of different magic schools. Why no Alteration, Illusion and Conjuration staffs? The latter cold also fulfill people's wish for necromany skills.
Alandrol Sul: He's making another Numidium?!? Vivec: Worse, buddy. They're buying it.
What I'd like to see is more skills be viable. What I mean is every Stamina build and every Magicka build use the same couple of abilities from non-class trees and only a couple abilities from the class trees.
One thing I love about this game is how much choice we have in what skills our toons have. But the thing is we really don't. Some are so OP that you will literally half your DPS if you don't choose them. Some trees have really fun abilities that you just can't use because of the DPS loss.
I'd love to make a Sorcerer using all Psijic and Mages Guild skills. It would be a ton of fun, but, it would also be quite weak on the DPS side. That's a real shame. I have a RP toon that uses all 2H and all Duel Wield skills and he's fun to play but he's so horribly weak compared to the recommend (cookie cutter) Stamina build that I'll never be able to do any difficult content on him. I'd love to make a Warden using only class skills, but again, his DPS would suffer quite a bit. The Fighters Guild skill line is quite fun, but, again, same issue with only ONE of those abilities ever being recommended to use. I could go on but you get the idea.
How to fix this would be, I'm guessing, either add a passive to some of these skills or buff their damage output, or remove all skills from weapons and have them only return resource and be a cosmetic choice. We have so many options but only as long as we don't care about our DPS (which would limit our being able to do harder content like Vet Trials). That's a real shame.

Spellcrafting or third class morph. If they add a weapon, magicka dual wield, or stamina resto staff
I don't see a new weapon line coming, they already have the basis for spellcrafting done. All I want is diversity and fun.

A secondary ultimate like light and heavy also you can use both First and Second ultimate in combat PVP, PVE all in one. But still, there is a timer on both if you wait to let both charges you will be a dangerous foe too many.
Added a new weapon skill line like Crossbows, Spears, Whips, and Pierriers.
For World Skill line put in Gardening & Farming, Mining
Sub class, as in a choice of class specialisation. For example, a sorc can choose between pyromancy, cyromancy or necromancy. Choosing one will open up a new skilline etc (all these have animations in game that are exclusive to humanoid enemies so it’s sorta there already)
Obviously you can only have one unlocked but can switch between them through some quest etc
Give us reliable stamina ranged tools for PvE. Class skills, like a Stamina morph for templar's execute(although that wouldn't make much sense), is a good way to start.
Oh, I want a version of overload that changes depending on the weapon you use. A different heavy attack effect depending on the weapon.
Staves would have the current attacks.
Bow heavy attacks would allow you to charge a storm arrow, that would deal extra damages in AOE. Light attacks would deal extra damages (and different animation).
2H heavy attacks would channel a circle AOE around you (like hurricane actually). 2H light attacks, would deal extra damage (melee) (and different animation).
2W heavy attacks would hit in a rectangular AOE in front of you, you would send slashes with each heavy, like Rend but instant damage. Light attacks would do extra damage (melee) (and different animation).
Resto staves heavy attacks, it would place a wind shield upon the allies around the target, that would start with half the value instantly, and the other half at the end of the channel. Light attacks would debuff the target resistances and damages (unique debuff) for a few seconds.
Because overload lost the third bar, doesn't work with most of the effects triggered by ultimates, and some of the light attack buffs (like... the psijic ability...).

a one shot AOE execute to all enemies within a 20 meter range that stuns all enemies in a 50 meter range and applies oblivion damage for 10k over 6 seconds.
More viable stamina morphs so that classes like DKs and Sorcs don't rely on weapon skills would be nice. Also it could open the possibilities of more situational support abilities.
