    Think the servers are just rebooting and the login database is dealing with heavy requests from so many players.. It's a nightmare situation for a server. Overload causes timeouts so.

    hehe I got me an "First comment badge..." e-mail, but no code so I can login and play the game yet ^_^ Guess the forum and the game use different smtp servers :-P

    What have you had to pay to access the 30 days? I haven't had to pay anything.

    Yes, you need to put in your subscription method, but not money will have been taken, it will take the first payment after the 30 days expires. If you don't want to pay then cancel the subscription and you access will stop after that 30 days.

    Pay rise for the guy who thought doing a patch AND forcing everyone to revalidate their PC in prime time was a good idea!.....

    Special bonus to whoever thought it was a good idea to first do maintenance in the EU primetime and then start it up in the NA primetime just after.. WTF?

    Lol, got no email so I cant login... wtf, second time 2day from the same computer. I never used a different computer and I get this *** all the time.

    If you restart your launchers you will have a notice pop up saying that the server is down for maintenance.

    I will give it until the weekend before I even try to play this game. Obviously, I can't even log in, like many others, and apparently it's just a simple "201 error", but now this is going on day two...and I will continue to be patient. And breathe. Relax. Breathe...

    I hate this so much ... still the best launch I have experienced so far.
    Also waiting for email. Meanwhile I will enjoy a super healthy round shaped fitness meal that is waiting for me in the oven right now :smiley:

    Thing is they wouldn't have this problem with servers if they did the maintenance at a normal time rather than the prime time for half of EU. It's a bit of a daft system they have going.

    Looks like there was a bug faulty expectign validation code. Now it let me login without one.
    Still waiting for Character list retrieval. Still chilled as a Frost Enhancement.

    I've got patch installed straight after I restarted my PC.

    Heavy load on the servers is another problem. Come on Zenimax, it's 2014 now.

    1. Not being able to estimate the servers load - OK, this could be mitigated, but I do understand that this is a money saving exercise.
    2. Patching servers in the prime time - is a bad practice.
    3. Pushing update for all at once - bad practice.
