For anyone experiencing random crashing since the recent update, please create a system profile and open a ticket with customer support.
We need to continue to File Support tickets and submit System Reports. There IS a solution. ZOS is committed to MAC & support for METAL. Let's provide what's needed and be part of the solution, imo.For anyone experiencing random crashing since the recent update, please create a system profile and open a ticket with customer support.

For this other problem, have you tried the editing the no cores, as per this post:

I am a Mac Pro user and used this a long time ago and is OK.
Really looking forward to playing the game for more than 30mins at the moment though!

I also changed my MaxCores once I read the post. So far have played for 2.5 hours straight with no crash.
I've been crashing every hour since the last patch.

Updating my Max Cores helped so I don't have to manually do it each time I boot up the game, but I'm still crashing a ton. Averages about every hour, but sometimes I can get by a little longer while others (like just now) I crash at least a couple times within an hour or less. Super frustrating, especially when I do any PvE stuff with a group.

I got home, looking forward to the speed and superior graphics of my Win 10 machine, and was greeted with the same random crashes that I was experiencing on it ever since early December patch. Would it help to uninstall and reinstall the game? There’s clearly something seriously wrong with the setup as of now.
