You cant take without giving. People cant stand Snipe but we also cant stand Fossilize and Jabs and yes, Dizzying Swing. You ever get one shot by a Dizzying Swing + Berserker Strike combo? Its never fun.

Totally agree. Of you nerf snipe, you need to nerf these too.

Second, to everyone who proposes to swap Rapid Fire and Snipe: how often do you use Rapid Strikes? Never? Well, yeah, cause it's garbage. Only Ballista is a viable morph of Rapid Fire too. Bow is already the weakest weapon available so taking the only thing it kinda has going for it (as an actual front bar) and replacing it with a garbage skill is a low blow. At least let's talk about a full kit rework (and can bow have the same base damage as melee weapons too?)

We all do not like to be on the receiving end of a gank. Same as those "scrubs" do not like being on the receiving end of your next 1vX montage. I personally find HealPlars and Perma-Snare-Mag(Annoy)Dens annoying. Does not mean they should be removed from the game though.
P.S.: fix the actual bug with health desync and make sound a bit more reliable. Snipe by itself is fine.

First, Snipe does not stun from cloak. And it does not have a CC component at all. Any skill stuns from stealth. This stun is a basic game mechanic and it can't be spammed. I would still use it as an opener as my nightblade archer is not a gank build. Also stealth is only good for the first shot. You are out of stealth after that and you are not one shotting anyone other than a lowbie scrub.
Spamming snipe is also far too slow to be effective. Any good player can easily counter a spammer. True archer needs to have far more skill to be effective against equal opponents.

I thought you said it doesn't stun? Lol any move that takes zero skill to use and if it fails you just cloak and run or try again should be removed or nerfed. I know your salty right now because you prob gank all the time but reality of this game is it's nothing but buggy.
So in lag you can't Dodge, if they spam from max distance you run out of stamina dodging before they run out of stamina sniping. If your magic user it's even sooner this happens. Dizzy swing can be blocked soooooooooo easy to stop those spammers because you see them.
Battlegrounds is filled with so many ganking night blades it's not just cyrodil lol.
So don't speak unless you actually know what your saying because night blades cheese their passive with snipe to stun and kill you while getting a damage bonus.
So let me ask you this, if all cast moves forced you out of stealth when casting so you can't abuse that passive would you still run it? Guarantee not because it is less damage and people can see you casting it giving them time to get to you lol. But as it is now nope not at all pew pew pew spam

Cause you gonna hear the snipe while fighting someone melee.
And with 40+ meter range and 99% of snipers being NB he is gone before i even closed the gap by 10 Meter.
Good advise
Snipe: Plant a masterfully aimed arrow in an enemy's vital spot, dealing x Physical Damage.
Casting again within 4 seconds reduces the damage by 75%.
