Anyone able to look into this for me? I appreciate the progress I've made with support but 24 hours for one back-and-forth is a little excessive when I'm trying to take advantage of the New Life Festival and can really only participate over the weekends.

24 hours is a blink of the eye in the life cycle of a support ticket.

Someone with 6 stars in the forums may likely be already aware of this.

Also, maybe 24 hours of silence is okay for an ESO Support Ticket. There are companies that'd have heads rolling if 3 days went by without a resolution, let alone a reply.

(Not talking out of my ass, I've been around the industry. On to WAY bigger / better now. Just saying.)
