Ok, I dont have credit card.. so im going to pay through paypal. The problem is: ATM I dont have credit to setup the subscription through paypal because I only receive my monthly paypal money every day 20 of each month which means, I can only set up my subscription in 13 days.
THAT SAID.. I BOUGHT the CE edition with 30 DAYS OF GAMETIME, which I HAVE THE RIGHT TO PLAY. You cannot FORCE me to set up a subscription if I ALREADY PAID 30 DAYS OF GAMETIME!
SO FIX MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN PLAY

Actually, as was clear from another long thread on this subject 'most' MMOs do not do this. Some may, however most of the larger ones seem not to, especially the biggest in the world.This is standard for most MMO's you have to have a card on file to play. I bough the game using paypal WHICH IS VALID.. but now I dont have credit to subscribe, only in 2 weeks. If I ALREADY BOUGH the game + days using a VALID method (since you can choose paypal) so YEAH, I dont HAVE to pay again for other 30 days. They must allow me to play the game I bough and use the 30 days I ALREADY PAID

There's your problem. Not Zenimax fault you don't have a credit card to setup the subscription. As soon as you bought the game, you agreed to the TOS and if you had read them or even just read what the requirements for the game was, you wouldn't have bumped into this problem.
Either get your game refunded if at all possible and buy it on the 20th to have your full 30 days of free game time or just take this as a lesson for future purchases.1 -

I never thought another MMO company would *** off their customers more than Blizzard. But congratulations on doing it!
I don't think they even remotely realize how much good customer service is especially at launch. There are likely going to be thousands of people who had friends who were considering playing this game now being told "don't bother". Word of mouth is the best way a game is going to succeed at launch. The biggest worry people had were in game bugs. You forget that the game time card are as well fully valid. And yet you have to buy a game time card for the 2nd month to be able to get your first month which supposed to be free. CC is NOT required, get your facts straight. You should be able to simply set up game time time based subscription WITHOUT buying a game time card prior to registration. If you can't understand that... well, i can't educate you at this point.2 -

Setting up the payment plan is your ticket in. They then give you one month free of charge.1 -

This is getting tiresome now.
Since the inception of MMOs, you have always needed to have some means of making an international payment online. It says on every box of every subscription game words to the effect of - NEEDS A VALID CREDIT CARD TO PLAY.
Fortunately, we have come a long way since UO et al and game companies provide more options than only a credit card.

I could get over this, if customer support showed they care for their customers, but even in threads with game breaking bugs (bank contents/slots disappearing, pre-order items that are lost when deleted a character, massive lag etc etc)
They keep very quiet about it, some people are already waiting a whole WEEK for a reaction, or a non-copy pasted reaction to get their items back, which saddens me even more..

@Kemono : these games required subscription at release. And not, there were no such stupid requirements. They DIDN'T required authorization, you could start your free month straight away, and the authorisation in most of the services like netflix or some games as well requires only a 1 cent, not whole amount. What the point of that?
I'm playing most of the MMO games which comes out, and I prefer to play the games which requires monthly fee. This is the first time ever I meet with such policy, which is totally against the playerbase, and this is the first time ever I've seen such many topics about this policy in any of mmo's I've played. This alone clearly shows that the policy is simply badly prepared.
IF the gametime card is a valid payment option, and IF i bought the game for E100 WHY I'm not allowed to play this 30 days? And I don't care about the policy; it is simple stupid, and the fact it is written doesnt make it any more sensible. No other MMO I paid for and subscribed for (and there was a lot of them) declined access to my free game time before I validated my CC card simply because there are other ways to make a payment. And requiring to buy a game time card for the 2nd month just to play the 1st month is a joke.2 -
