This is a total scam, I did not want them to have my cc information until "I" decided wither or not I wanted additional game time. I purchased this game as digital from Amazon where there is no refunds allowed! It does not state that subscription is required to use the 30 days I purchased. I don't care if I love or hate the game now, I want a refund because they are dishonest and trying to scam us with recurring payments that many people forget to cancel in time. I did not agree to this when I purchased this game, and accepting their policies after purchase does not count. Only policies make clear in writing "before" the purchase. I had told my wife that I was not going to subscribe to this game until after I used the 30 days I paid for already with the game. I'm so disappointed in them, after feeling ripped-off I want a refund.

I feel ripped off as well. First time I have ever seen a game come with free 30 days but can not use them until you set up a sub. I also have seen this statement many times, 30 DAYS UNLIMITED GAME PLAY INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE. VALID PAYMENT METHOD OR PAID GAME TIME CARD FOR SUBSCRIPTION AND PERSISTENT INTERNET CONNECTION REQUIRED. With that statement not once has any other gaming company ever forced me to make a subscription plan UNTIL my free time period was up.

It is a scam, thats why they started sending codes to access the 30days game time even to people that dont have CC with insufficient funds to past the "authorization". You simply demand access to what you paid or a refund. They have no choice on the matter. You just have to be patient and contact customer support till you get a solution.

This is how support solved my case (for real)
I will just repeat the post i wrote earlier, in another tread, so that you can have your chances to read this as I think it may be helpful.

If this can help i was in your same situation. The solution came today but i couldn't play yesterday. Thou support was going faster than usually 13 hours ago.
What I did is make a ticket explaining my situation and being kind.
I got 4-5 copy pasted answer too, but i didn't mind and i answered those explaining again the situation. I also asked for phone support that called me an escalated my ticket.
Than i was asked more account (game) details in order to give them authorization to check on it.
After that they asked me the game key in order to redeem it for me.
This is important: ask them when they will ask you for the key if they can add you a compensatory day in order to set your account status in Active - non-Recurring or you will get your key redeemed but you will still need to set up a subscription plan.
I still donno if this status will change after the compensatory day ends. Is something i will check tomorrow.

The money does not physically leave your account. It is an authorisation that will be put back into your account. No money will physically leave your account.

And it does state you need a valid payment method to play the game. No MMO that isn't F2P doesn't require a bank or credit card to play. It is in the terms and conditions.
