This is outrageous. There better me some generous compensation or people will be really angry.
Just out of curiosity, why is the Xbox server being taken down for maintenance if we aren't having a problem with activity finder?

Then after 8 or so hours, it magically fixes itself, only to fall apart (again, for no reason) 21 hours later. If they somehow fixed it just enough that you are able to get in sometime, leave it at that and fix for real after event ends - when everyone is grinding new life anyway... These occurences are always a good reminder not to sub or buy crates

The event for me has had about a 50% success rate....which isn't great...but better than some of my guildies.
I'm on the west coast of the US so the downtime will not effect me...
But even so....
Please ZOS....Get this one right!
I know you want us to enjoy these events....and your heart is in the right place...
You can do this!
P.S. Please stop pinging Gina on all of this! Don't you think she has a tough enough job just keeping all of us under control on a good day?!?!?!?
P.S.S. Seriously folks! She is on our side! And a Very nice young lady...so give her a break!
It's just a game ffs
If you didn't enjoy it ...ya wouldn't be playing it...and/or complaining here

Practise what you preach!
Hello, does this mean that you will finally grant me my server migration? I live in Europe (Belgium to be specific), but found myself on the NA server caused by a glitch. By the time I realised I was on the wrong server, I had already invested too much in my character.
Starting over is unfortunately not an option.
I'm also a paying costumer (Eso Plus Membership). It would seem to me it's only a fair service to provide, seeing as it wasn't my fault to begin with.
I'm an enthusiastic gamer, and have played several MMO's where server migration was just a matter of an extra payed service and done instantly.
Provide this and I guarantee you will not only satisfy millions of customers, you will also make a profit.
After all, I'm not the only one struggling with this problem.
As there is a current maintenance going on and it's only a matter of data-transfer, will you please migrate my character so I can game in my own time zone? I would greatly appreciate this, thank you.
"As part of our efforts to address the current Dungeon Finder issue, we will be performing a maintenance on all ESO servers tomorrow morning."
So it's not a fix then, just "efforts"

While that might be true, pinging her may give her ammo to take back to the decision makers. Let's face it, nice or not, she's not one of the major decision makers. Heck, for all I know, she doesn't even talk to the decision makers... she may talk to a manager who talks to the decision makers.
I report to a director who reports to the VP who reports to the CEO... that's alot of whisper down the alley to get an issue looked at. She may be in the same boat. The more data you can push up the chain of command (especially in easy to read graphic format like charts and graphs) the more likelihood the person who makes the decisions actually sees it and/or understands it.
