Hello, does this mean that you will finally grant me my server migration? I live in Europe (Belgium to be specific), but found myself on the NA server caused by a glitch. By the time I realised I was on the wrong server, I had already invested too much in my character.
Starting over is unfortunately not an option.
I'm also a paying costumer (Eso Plus Membership). It would seem to me it's only a fair service to provide, seeing as it wasn't my fault to begin with.
I'm an enthusiastic gamer, and have played several MMO's where server migration was just a matter of an extra payed service and done instantly.
Provide this and I guarantee you will not only satisfy millions of customers, you will also make a profit.
After all, I'm not the only one struggling with this problem.
As there is a current maintenance going on and it's only a matter of data-transfer, will you please migrate my character so I can game in my own time zone? I would greatly appreciate this, thank you.

"Fixing things" is never a priority in business like yours, I know. It doesn't make money. Making new content for release (half ready, as in "filled with bugs, not tested sufficiently") is a priority though. Money makes a business such as this roll on, that's the truth.
But you guys should heed these words - if no one is playing the game anymore, you won't have anyone to buy your new DLC's. New random people sure as **** won't just get all excited and buy this game, based on some advert they saw on Facebook or whatever. WE are the ones buying it. I can imagine the number of new players for ESO isn't what is was a couple if years ago? You know why. They leave because the game isn't working. The PVP base has largely left already, and now the PVE people are next in turn.
With Betehesda's completely ****** up Fallout game - a catastrophe without comparison in the world of gaming, literally - you really should start considering stepping down from your high horses, and put new content on hold for just a while and actually fix the game. If you can't then bring someone who can in. Because this isn't working any more. You can't dish out new content for a game without players. Realize this.
Many or most of the people I used to play with are rare guests now. They would WANT to play the game, but they are so sick of all these bugs and glitches on all levels that they have become hyper sensitive; and log out and stay away until your next patch as soon as they encounter any sort of problem. Bitter. Playing other games instead. This game would flourish, if you just had things working as they should.
The Finder was never able to handle many ppl at once, thats why the finder is working in the night and breaks afternoon/evening.
"The Elder Scrolls Online v4.2.10 includes some improvements for the Dungeon Finder tool to help alleviate various queuing issues. Please note that you may receive an error message that you aren’t able to queue; in this case, simply try again until you’re able to queue successfully"

You realize a lot of their issues are due to the engine, including port problems on consoles, right? If I'm correct, a large amount of PC players never have the same issues that console players constantly complain about. Based on the complaints, their only choice is to remake the game with a new engine, and hope that would be better. And threatening them with quitting, as well as warning them about others, doesn't really hold up; mainly because this game is as popular as it's ever been.
