Class reps are just like our politicians. They promise mountains made of gold for us, but in the end, whenever they can they try to push their own agenda.
I just want to know why things like this keep happening. Is data simply not being monitored and analyzed at ZOS?
Data, especially in a game as massive as ESO, is such a beautiful thing. It can be monitored, analyzed, and used to fix problems and prevent them from happening again.
Take for example the Group Finder bug which happened last year. There should have been so much data gathered from that event that the team could prevent it from happening this year (they had a year to work on it).
The fact that it is happening again makes me sad and confused. This is exactly why we have and use data. To monitor. To analyze. To learn. To improve.
ZOS failed to do that, which makes me wonder what (and if) they are even looking at.

As part of our efforts to address the current Dungeon Finder issue, we will be performing a maintenance on all ESO servers tomorrow morning.
The PC/Mac NA and EU servers will be offline starting at 4am EST. This will be the incremental patch that was originally scheduled for Monday.
This could have easily been avoided by listening to your customers for once who warned you about it before the event even started.
The problem appears to be too many people trying to run dungeons at the same time.

Thank you for your continued patience.

This opera's as lousy as it is brilliant! Your lyrics lack subtlety. You can't just have your characters announce how they feel. That makes me feel angry!

Such a shame.
Same story was during last year event.
Absolute. Same. Story. With broken LFG and maintenance next day. At least that time it took them 1 day to fix the problem. Now - 2. The more ZOS works the longer the solution.
Do you still feel ESO improves?
Any chances before the next year event it would be fixed? Both questions - I don't think so.

i still haven't been able to finish a single random. not sure how people are getting into instances, but i'm not.

Award the number of tickets people would have been able to get had things not been broken, to each player.opallithia wrote: »Normally I wouldn't be too upset missing out on a dungeon event but here's the thing.
We had this exact issue before. A fix should have been found by now before making it live.
Second, many of us have now missed out on event tickets needed for the next Indrik feather, which is what really upsets me. I've been working hard to get it and now I'm worried I won't because the game is broken and I won't have enough time to earn those tickets before the event ends.
Please either extend the event when the dungeon finder works again or add an alternative way to get event tickets.
