As a mediocre player, I've done it on this account with 300 CP. Pet-sorc is still good as is any stam toon with werewolf. For the latter, mid-tier gear like hundings + spriggans + monster set. Maybe substitute in vengeance leech jewelry for monster plus 5th piece if you don't have a good monster set or die to trash mobs. For the event, run Fungal Grotto 1 on normal and use the river short- cut to skip some stuff. I've solod most normals on mutliple classes starting at maybe 400CP and gold weapons. Though I've never tried it with fewer than 300 CP, it's likely doable. To guess a bit, maybe 10K DPS with good survivability and sustain might be the cutoff for when it is worth doing vs. when it is doable but painfully slow.

Update: Out of curiosity, I just ran nFG1 solo on a level 28 Stam Warden with werewolf and no-CP, used the shortcut and it took under 20 minutes, no deaths. Blue crafted Shacklebreaker + Might of the legion, purple weapons, twin sisters level 18 jewelry. So the answer appears to be no CP for at least one dungeon. (2nd edit - listed the wrong sets)

I did it on my magplar at CP 397 last night. My two circles, and then jabby jab jab. Jesus beam on bosses after 50%. Took about 20 minutes to get through Banished Cells I.

This morning at 4:00 AM, I did a random dungeon event. Completed the dungeon, received a pop-up saying something about tickets.. received my loot email with the mysterious box, but I was not able to see my tickets for killing the final boss... Am I missing something? Also was global chat down as well? Around 4 AM, when I went to social under the menu option, Voice chat was down and no option to send text... All this occurred on my Xbox one

Sorcerer, with or without pets is probably the most beginner friendly for dungeon soloing. Crit/power surge does a really good job of self-heals, especially if you have a big AoE/DoT down like Wall of Elements or Endless Hail. The matriarch (mag) or clannfear (stam) can be slotted for an effective burst heal if you get in trouble.

For speed, Fungal Grotto I is definitely the fastest, if not the easiest to solo since you can jump off the waterfall and swim to the final boss and effectively skip two minor bosses. Just be careful because sometimes a matriarch will aggro Clatterclaw's minions as it flaps by.

Banished Cells I was the first dungeon my son ever soloed, and he did it on my <CP500 stam sorc using a simple four skill rotation of Hurricane, Crit Surge, Bloodthirst, and popping the Soul Assault Ulti whenever it was ready. Oh yeah, and he was 5 years-old at the time. He used this build to solo Elden Hollow I as well. I don't think he ever tried Spindleclutch 1 or CoA1, but they would be other easy ones

Regarding your tickets, I was awarded mine, but I think they're just stealth added to your account inventory when you defeat the final boss. I don't recall needing to "accept" them in any form.

As for the bolded part of your question... Anytime there's an event, and half the time there's not an event, chat channels spontaneously disappear and you have to exit clear out to your Xbox dashboard to reset them. Losing chat on one character loses it for the whole account. I had that happen to my voice chat last night one two separate occasions. It's a console chat thing that's been going on as long, or longer, than the group finder bug.

I don't recall seeing text chat vanishing very often, but the voice chat thing happens to me at least twice a week when I get sent to group or try to switch guild chats.

So, logged in tonight and after all the agony of yesterday, I did 3 random normals in a row. No problem queueing. It shouldn't have broken so badly yesterday but regardless, thank you for fixing the queue.

Oh so we are screwed on our game time this week end too? When are you guys going to admit your servers are not powerful enough to hold the amount of players you have and are in desperate need of proper hardware upgrade rather than nonsensical maintenance not resolving anything.

This could have easily been avoided by listening to your customers for once who warned you about it before the event even started.

This has never worked right, it will probably never work right... why they keep basing events on this buggy pos baffles me, surely they get that it just annoys people. Somewhere a gamer has had a heart attack or an aneurism that they could have prevented by admitting this broken code is broken before making it a key part of getting a funky mount

Actually if you just do a nonrandom dungeon (or solo or make a group) and kill the boss you'll get the event tix, just not the event box with the goodies.
