Second, I would like ask the support to give us info. It would be nice if the info is about the status of the bugrepair, but to tell you the truth, anything will suffice, as long as we see, that You hear Our "voice".

the fixed the groundskeeper yesterday if you guys are talking about the portal issue you should have poted in my thread that got a response in seconds, but instead you chose to post in a thread about a different quest lol.Brave New World.0

They fixed it for the NA server, in the EU it is still bugged, and to tell you the truth, it angers me a bit that the NA players get the better treatment (like all in the other MMO-s). But interestingly, they take Euro in the same ammount as the Dollar (game costs 79,99$ in NA and it costs 79,99€ in the EU. 1 € = 1,37 $... talking about fair, eh?
).

Also it's confirmed thast if you don't cluster on the portals like scrubs the npcs spawn, I just did ther crossing the chasm quest with no problemsBrave New World.0

Yea well, they have thought this through.
It is like they have expected this from the very beginning...
They are like Molag Bal... Gods of Schemes... well perhaps Gods is a bit good for them.
Lets call them "Imps of Schemes"... yea, that could work.

Zenimax KNOW there's a problem, they're WORKING ON IT and I'm pretty sure they'll not hold back a fix when they get one just to *** you off.

so this is response for this from ingame support:
Hi Lukáš,
We are aware of the issue and are investigating it , our Gm are currently working on finding a solution that will resolve this issue and be included in the next patch. I know it can be frustrating not being able continue on a quest , But it is important to discover these issues early on to ensure they are solved in upcoming patches and in updates to the game.
If you have any other issues feel free to contact me again .
I hope your enjoying the rest of game and maybe we will cross paths in Tamriel .
