PRX_Menion✭✭✭Ok, so you fixed the Groundskeeper but the very next quest is broken now in the progression. Crossing the Chasm: Close the West Portal / Close the East Portal. These portals are not spawning.

She does not greet and you cant start a conversation because u cannot target her at all. If somebody stays behind her and you try to target her, you will target that player instead! It's like she isn't even there!

So have they really fixed it on US servers? If so why only on US servers I thought the point of having the EU servers in the US initially was so they could fix things on both realms at the same time...1

PRX_Menion✭✭✭It's not like it matters. Couple hundred people on the US servers standing around looking at where portals should be but they are not spawning. So, you would have 10 more minutes of content before the next Zenimax generated roadblock.

Submitted a ticket. And the other poster is correct. The East Portal is not spawning but the West one is. (Just very slowly)0 -
Got through army of meridia but stopped at cross the chasm due to another bug cant interact with portals to close

Slan✭I really don't understand how such bugs can still exist after numerous reports, literally "blocking" content for players, i'll pass on the famous "third barrel bug", but this one is way more important since it's mainquest and supposed to unlock veteran content.0 -

My groups issue is a bit different.
We completed all quests in Coldharbor and in The Army Of Meridia we saved the King and Vanus....but it still tells us we need to save the King. The two of them are sitting in the Hollow City but the quest will not progress. No one to talk to and can not get to the northern area.

PLEASE take a moment to confirm that our unique issue will be resolved as well. The groundskeeper isn't the problem with our group.
