A "why bother" attitude only contributes to the problems and hurts the game.
Agree with this (at least the first point), if ZOS could fix the issues and shake the reputation of ESO's bad performance they would have done so by now.If they had the ablity to do it, they would have done it by now.
In saying that, crown store is still racking in the money so why "fix" anything?

Which, I mean, it tracks. Last year, some little snot had their account banned, and started DDOSing the game hard. So, the service is needed, but it's also causing performance issues for us.
