    Yeah, what shields? Lol

The Warden shields. Not that it matters since you can't really burst through them anyway :smirk:

@DirkRavenclaw In response to being tagged. I can see the build you’re going for on the wolf build. It’s very similar to mine. My wolf is a tanky dk build with Green Pact for lots of health, Black Rose for sustain, and Thurvokun for damage reduction and defile. My wolf doesn’t hit hard but she can take some abuse. You’d lose part of the effectiveness of Bloodspawn once you transform but you would still get the resistances when it procs so it’s not terrible.

Warden is a good class for that play style as you passively reduce snares applies to you by 15% and each time you heal, your health will increase by 10% therefore making Green Pact stronger. The only thing I would change is your race. Khajiit is better for a dps wolf build as the crit is higher. I would do Imperial for massive health and stam pools. Since this build is very similar to mine, you would most likely rely on your group to get the kill in PvP but you’d be hard to kill and force enemy players to waste their resources trying to burst you down.

If you wanna do Khajiit, try a more damaging setup. Stam sorc with Relequin and Vicious Ophidian and Chudan. Dual wield with nirn main hand with weapon damage glyph and infused off hand with shock damage glyph for Implosion sorc passive. Other good races for this would be Redguard, Orc, and Wood Elf. And Imperial is a good overall werewolf race.

Plague Doctor + Bright Throat + Blood Cocktail - welcome back to huge shields and a ridiculously high HP pool on a bursty class.

Or Bright Throat + Shackle + Bloodspawn + Blood Cocktail

GL killing me faster than I can streak + invis pot away from scrub groups.

Shields will still be able to absorb a lot of damage if built correctly.

I'm on console so I don't know how it FEELS but adding resistances to damage shields was a "buff".

Any heavy armor stamina build will be sitting around 20-30% crit, most light armor magicka builds sit at 40% crit (would be 3% lower than live due to CP star changes).

So 60-70% of the time attacks will be doing less damage to shields than live. And not by a mediocre amount. 34000 resistance is what 50% mitigation? I don't know about other mSorcs but I'll be sporting 30k magicka resistance and 27k physical resistance (5 light armor, 2 Heavy). That's at least 15-20k worth of resistances after the average players penetration. That's an additional ~25% mitigation added to my roughly 12.5k hardened ward making it feel like a 15.5k Ward on live (my current Ward strength on live) except instead of getting through my measly 21k health with 15k resistances and low impen you'll now have to get through 25k health with a lot more resistances. MagSorcs have simply joined the "go ahead and make mistakes your resistances and health will supplement your lack of skill" meta. Woo....

Pet Sorc's need to go Heavy Armor this patch. It's the only real option, Clanfear for Stam, Familiar for Mag.

If you run Necro, you need to run Plague Doctor. Or you need to run Bright Throat + Blood Cocktail.
