Most of the really good stamplars I know run double damage sets before this change and sustain just fine. Some of them don’t even run repentance
The vast majority of players are PvErs. In PvE they're getting an extra 480 stam recovery, and 8% buff to jabs on the main target.
Even in PvP the new rune allows you to drop Bone Pirate which is currently mandatory for stamplars, and pick up a set like shackle, hulking, or spriggan. You can also drop the serpent stone for the warrior or lover. Overall stamplars will do more dmg in pvp. I'll quit my stamplar over the javelin change, but that's more of a personal thing.

On dummy maybe, but in real situations where you need to move and do other stuff its really good, all Magicka characters use channeled acceleration anyways, I dont see a big difference, you can use it for a burst of resources or just keep it up for some good sustain

Amdar_Godkiller✭✭✭✭✭For PVP, I would say all stam classes were nerfed except the ones that are largely reliant on heavy armor, so stamden and stam dk.
I'm still unsure if I view the mag changes as a net nerf for any class except magden, but the only one that was substantially buffed was magplar.
So the biggest nerfs were to stamsorc, stamplar, and magden IMO. Magplar and StamdK deservedly were buffed the most. Everyone else is somewhere between moderately nerfed and micro-buffed.1 -

The game doesn't revolve around you either. I'd wager the person annoyed that people who have something to complain about are complaining, is the one under that impression.
Whenever nerfs happen, I always assume that people will vent and don't expect them not to discuss the consequences in a discussion forum, even when I think the nerfs are deserved.

PVP is fairly balanced. Its just balanced like Rock, Paper, Scissors. So someone will always win and someone will always lose, and some people can't stand losing. And if a build every manages to combine the best of rock and scissors, well that build must be nerfed, ASAP.2 -

MinarasLaure✭✭✭✭I main both magden and magsorc and I'm playing mainly in pvp.
My magsorc will pretty much turn into a mule, while im actually quite happy with magden as I've never used the bear in pvp.
I've got shalk cost reduction, cliff dmg increased, Betty netch buffed and an overall dps increase thanks to the passive.

Because I don't want to be forced to play only my Mageblade and Magsorc in endgame PvE, also what people arent noticing is the change in evasion buff, so if the healer uses gossamer all the party gets 25% aoe damage reduction even magicka characters which I think is OP.
