I have no interest in "endgame" in MMOs, people seem to be in a rush to get there and then complain as soon as they do about the lack of things to do, the imbalance in competitive PvE, or the performance in PvP - and also moan about being generally bored and burnt out. I prefer to pace myself through the leveling process with multiple characters, that way I never run out of things to do. Each to his or her own, however, and my understanding is that "endgame" in ESO consists primarily of PvP or competitive PvE, neither of which appeals to me anyway.

Honestly, actually being close enough now to feel the effects of patch changes and learning to adjust feels like endgame. Before, the changes either didn't affect my toons or in a very small way.

I'm not nearly top end pve or pvp but I feel like I'm getting there now that I need to pay attention to patch notes ;)

End game for me is hitting 50 eventually, getting some CP, and doing the same stuff I do now: explore, find neat stuff to screenie to show friends on a forum I run, and work on houses - just like in RIFT.... In WoW, I did some end game raiding, but it was - like a job. Don't need a job....

@Tandor - sounds like me mostly.

End game for me will only be achieved once i have finished clearing out all the Ebonheart Pact zones and their storylines. i've already cleared 100% of every zone i have encountered (minus a couple remaining main story quests for Summerset) and while i do enjoy the trials, im honestly not confident enough in my skills to really push for that on veteran.

But in all seriousness, it was when I started a new account so I could start again from scratch, because I got bored with my main account.

There is no "End Game" for me because the world of Tamriel is forever changing and the story keeps evolving - bringing fresh challenges in its wake and new avenues to explore.

imo, PvE end-game is having at least one character good enough to complete Veteran DLC Dungeons on Hard Mode, Veteran Trials at their hardest and the Veteran Arenas to easily farm them of all of their valuables. The Leaderboards are just the bragging rights at the tippy top of the mountain of PvE content, which is good that it's there.

I'm not a PvPer, but i'd guess end-game would be becoming Emperor at least once and earning all of the PvP exclusive stuffs (the battleground motifs, Gladiator costume, etc.)

Eh, I just do some BGs when I feel like it, do some vet dungeons when I feel like it, really just do whatever. I'm at the end of the road and everything is there for me to revisit on another character.

Sometimes I like to go to Ondil and remember the hours I spent there in beta and early launch. It's wild how the game has grown since 2014. I'm glad to have been able to see it.

Honestly after doing the same vet dungeons and trials over and over it’s pretty much became how much gold will my bank hold and spending 90% of my game time in my home at a target dummy continuously
respeccing and redoing cp only to end up right back where I started after spending a few hundred K on changing build, log out, log back in next day then do the same thing again.

Outfitting so that I can march Cyrodiil with all my glory while my comrades witnesses my beauty!

Just kidding. It is actually the feeling of somewhat role-playing achievement and it personally brings in a new feeling & excitement for the game specially when I perfectly imitates a cultural reference. One time I feel like doing a Norse warrior, a Chinese Emperor, a knight, a jihad, an assassin, an Egyptian warrior, & etc. but you get what I mean. The only way I would probably stop playing is when all motifs goes into crownstore exclusive. There is also the theory building that kept me going so I'm really looking forward to new skill lines or classes.

Primarily solo here and all PvE.

My end game is soloing a fair number of normal group dungeons and soloing most non-DLC WBs. I don't mind grouping sometimes with others or even pugging but only for content that I know I can solo.

Zero interest in: DLC dungeons, DLC WBs, NMA/VMA, Trials, PvP. No real complaints as there is plenty of content I do enjoy. I do worry about about possible future changes though. If, for example, non-DLC WBs and dungeons get amped up, that destroys my end game as a solo PvE player and I'm probably gone.
