What are your plans with Grand Psijic Villa?

I’ve never had a house in ESO above medium size. And tomorrow we get Psijic Villa, which is whole new monster to decorate and furnish.
First I thought to buy 100 cherry trees just to fill the area, but decide it might be a bit boring approach.
Now I plan to gather all bright and colourful furniture - like jester’s pavillions, pennants, high elven yellow and green furniture - and create chearful look, like medieval festival.
I’m interested to hear, how others are planning to deal with the villa. Any spooky halloween scenes, serene battle arenas, botanical gardens?

But the only people you can put in there are Tythus Andromo and Nuzhimeh the Merchant. I mean, I know Tythus is sexy, but .....I'm turning mine into an Argonian brothel...
..... Oh, and that creepy cat lady with the face mask who crouches all the time, that you get from the end of the Thieves Guild quest-line.
Let's face it, Tythus is the sexiest out of the three.

✭✭✭✭✭I'm going to pull all the furnishings it comes with out and re-distribute them to my existing houses. (Yes I known it's undecorated, but even undecorated houses come with some furnishings.)
Then I'm going to use it for furniture storage and as a space to build crazy things from furniture since all my current houses are too small and I want to decorate them nicely and not waste the item limit on constructs. That and a place where you can do your crafting dailies and transmute station and outfit station and other goodies. Far as I know I am the only person on xbox na that has a damage test for magical detonation and its morphs.Ärmätèsz

✭Moving out of Alinor Townhouse to the villa. After furnishing it I will cry over my 700 item limit, then cry over the 350 item slot for non ESO+ players.
But on a serious note I'll have a hard time moving my current laboratorium from Alinor to the villa due to how damn epic the lab is in it's current state. Other things you will find in my upcoming villa will be bedroom, guestroom, kitchen, bathroom, library, office etc.
