Let's grade Zos on how well they executed this character. You gotta grind a lot of daily boxes so if you have Murkmire and participate in doing daily quests for rewards, you're going to be seeing and HEARING a lot of him. He kind of....talks like Jar-Jar Binks. Is he unique? Funky? Funny? Tolerable, even?

Why anyone find such things amusing and why they continue to pop up in the game, I do not know. By the way, his supervisor, Concordia Mercius, is a perfect match for him. Remember, when you bring her 3 pieces of the map? She said something: "Ah, I'm very good in such tasks. Allow me." And she puts THREE pieces of paper in the right order. Well, I'm truly shocked by how easily you solve task for a three years old child! Comrades, is it the same man, who write the overall story, the characters and the dialogues? The question is rhetorical, of course not. Bah! More than that, the long dead Argonian sorcerer, skull of which we chasing during the quest, his motivation. Problems with beloved? I mean, again?! Why he didn't done all this just out of pure curiosity, for example?! Damn, it reminds me somehow stupid statement about love by Cooper from the Interstellar... Stop this 2D-character writing and using the same cliche over and over again already, you can do better, than this!
Nevertheless, I'm waiting for a new interesting story with Murkmire DLC. It's become harder and harder to see one behind such ubiquitous nonsense, but I'm sure, that loremaster did a great job.
